I have only been to Acen, but seriously, it is some of the most fun I have all year. I have the same feeling every year...I initially get there and I am like "wow, so many freaking nerds..." But if you get past that and let your inner nerd come out, it is a freaking blast. I go with a few good friends each year and we stay at a hotel for the entire con. So far I have gone 5 years: 2006, 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011 and I have no plan on stopping. Also, I try to run a jrock/MH panel every year. I have only done it three time though, but each time it has been awesome and the crowd has enjoyed it. If any of you guys ever find yourself in Illinois for it, be sure to swing by my panel!

Just listened to the samples, I wtf-ed at Little Mary...as wtf as it is, it might be the song that hold up the best of this mini, the rest of the samples sounded forgettable...that said, I reserve all judgement till I hear the full release.

How'd it go? I had a fun night, but I am super bummed I missed this theme night.

Is it? I've always wondered what it's about when I browse through games when I want to buy some. The game is a romantic horror puzzle game, lol. The main plot is Vincent, the main character, gets stuck in shitty place in his relationship, ends up being seduced and cheats on his girlfriend. Because of this while he is sleeping he has nightmares where he has to climb these towers. If he falls, he dies in real life. here's IGN's review of it: HELNxOzcVpw

Catherine for the PS3 XD I originally thought that this game was gunna be crap, then I went over to a friends when he just got it and it was fun as hell and the story is really good as well...I couldn't resist.

In other news, I need a fucking job. That and I can't wait for fall, I love it when the air has a bit of a bite to it.

Eh, it's time to branch out. I was that way for a while, but it is amazing once you find out how much other good music is out there. Really, don't limit yourself
-
That would be cool, though I think you and Zess would be prolly the only DJs, lol In other news, you all need to get your fucking asses in the room! It's boring as hell when no one is there!

QFT Your situation truly sucks, but if you Dad is gunna be a constant asshat and make your life miserable, get the fuck out of there. You make your own future, and it might mean your life will be fucking hard for a while, but you will be better off for it eventually.

THANKS FOR HATING HOW I PUT CLOTHES ON MY BACK AND FOOD ON MY TABLE. Hahahahahahahaha I try

Ew, I can only hope for something cool. That said, in a very round about way, Toonami is part of the reason this site came in to existence. Both Jake and I got into anime through Toonami, we both got into Japanese music because of it (for me, FLCL specifically). Hell, if Toonami hadn't existed, I doubt Jake and I would have ended up as friends... Speaking of that, funny story...Jake and I originally met on the forums for a site called Fanart Central (my art sucked so hard back then, lol). We ended up become friends on the forum due to our common hatred towards yaoi. And with that I joined Forum Collision....and if you know Forum Collision, that means you are truly OG.

This will be either be decent or terrible, I have major doubts in this movies ability to be good in any way XD Chances are I will be laughing in parts of it, though.

New Russian Circles album October 25th, bitches!!!

It's like your features float in a world of white. Yeah, waaaaay too bright. More than half of your pictures are so blown out and half no details in them. The white area is all the area that is totally blown out.

I have the bluetooth one and I LOVE it.

Dear lord I bought some cheap as shit today. Apparently shopping in a skiing town and buying last year's stuff during off season is fucking awesome. I got the dude working there to give me 70% off. I am so psyched! Snowpants Sweater Also, I got a hat a few days ago Also bought an Oakley shirt about 2 days ago as well. Can you tell I love the color blue and I am an Oakley fanboy? (I can't help it, they just appeal so much to my design tastes and make really quality stuff)

Figure I would post this while I have internet XD

Ok, so I have a few listens in and I am extremely unimpressed. I came in to this album thinking it was going to be some really difficult stuff to listen to, totally wasn't the case for me. Honestly, the fact that is was so slow and down beat made it really easy to digest. I have far more trouble on more complicated albums with far more going on at once. I am going to try and give this album a few more goes, but to me it just feels like a kind of boring experiment. I think I am growing tired of dir en grey. One thing I am surprised one else has commented on is how fucking bad the drums sound on this album. They lack any real punch, the kick sounds weak as fucking and the toms don't have the power behind them that they should. The Cymbals are the most serious offender, though. I had to, several times, check if the song I was listening to was in fact a high quality rip because the cymbals made me constantly think I was listening to something ripped at 96 kbps. They just sound so harsh and tiny when they should sound rich and full. I don't know why this is, whether it was the record, mixing, or mastering that fucked them up so bad, but damn. You can say it is stylistics if you want, but honestly that would make it worse. TL;DR: The percussion sounds like shit on this album and often ruins whatever good parts are going on in the album. On that note, my favorite track is probably the intro...

Figured I would just leave this little classic gem here.... Also, JaME has an interview with him up: http://www.jame-world.com/us/articles-7 ... cords.html

Nice nice! My kit lens got destroyed so I was forced to enter upgrade territory. I honestly was gunna get the Tamron 17-50 2.8 but it sold out, so I was like what the hell, the reviews on the Tamron vs the Sigma were so similar that I might as well get the macro capabilities of the Sigma. Glad to hear that you like it!
