I am probably going to pick up this game after Christmas. Might get it as a present, but if not, hopefully I can snag a deal on it.

Ah, it's longer than the two previous MW-games? I remember finishing the 2nd one in about an hour of 5... niw, got it, haven't gotten the time to really get in to it... SKYRIM!!! What I did get from the first hours of playing was a little bit of headache... SMALL SCREEN OF VIEW IS SMALL... it just doesn't feel like I'm playing normal, but more like I'm playing through goggles or something like that... That has been the main problem people have, the field of view is so damn small...way to small when you are playing on a computer. I honestly am going to pass on this one. Why? Sure, the have servers, but you pretty much have to do matchmaking if you want to get anywhere in the game. That is utter bullshit. The original MW was a great game, MW2 was a piece of crap imo, black ops was decent, and there is no possible way that MW3 can be better than Battlefield 3...it is just a much more intelligent game...and thank god there are no kill streaks...I STILL don't understand them, it makes the multiplayer even more unbalanced when you reward the people who are doing better. Bah. Whatever, the game is a piece on PC anyways. Saving my money.

Pretty much copy-pasta-ing my comment from FB I don't know...It isn't a bad single, but it is far from great imo. The chorus of the Kanbi is catchy but annoying, but the darker bits of the song are great, especially the solo. I do think Lilith will grow on me, it has some really interesting bits...but once again, don't care for the chorus. Like the last minute, from the growl/scream onwards, it great though. The last song is just, meh. It doesn't have any of the magic that makes 9GBO songs great, except for maybe a bit in the middle of the song. I just enjoyed Rorschach Inkblot much more.

And that kinda shit is the reason I will always love computers as a gaming system. Don't get me wrong, I love my PS3, but there is nothing like getting a group of good friends together with their computers, trading files, talking, and killing each other. Next one for me is either gunna be in December or thanksgiving break, can't wait

I am not going to say that I know a ton about building a studio, but I can give you some advice. Recording sessions take a SHIT TON of space. Seriously. If you are going to be seriously about this, expect to pick up several TB's. I have talked to my cousin and he says that is band's average studio data per session is about 80gb. Upgrade your ram. Ram is dirt cheap, especially since your machine is older. Keep in mind, though, that on a 32bit OS the system can only read up to 3.2gb. I would check your mobo and then by 4 1gb sticks...Your system will prolly take DRR2 ram (CHECK), but seriously... http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6820146580 If you are going to be anal about this, buy some new fans and get some rubber mounting screws, you are going to want to reduce vibration as much as possible. Also, look into getting your system shielded to reduce noise. Next thought, you are going to want to get a nice audio card. Really spend some time researching this, as this is important. You are going to need to decide how you are going to record shit. How is it getting to the computer? USB compressor mic? Or are you getting a small sound board? I would do this before deciding on an audio card. Also, please tell me you are not using the Bose for monitoring. I will argue that Bose are crap speakers, but it is personal preference if you like them. However, what is not up for debate is these speakers are crap for monitoring. The response curve for Bose aren't even close to flat. If anything, sell them and buy a pair of M-Audio speakers.

I have bought Razer stuff, but I just think logitech blows them out of the water. I originally bought a Razer keyboard instead of the G15, but ended up returning it and spent $20 more on the logitech...freaking worth every penny, such a better keyboard. And the Logitech MX Revolution is the best mouse I have ever used. It is so comfortable, smooth, precise, and has all the controls on it that make me happy. If this one ever breaks, I will be going on ebay right away and picking up another one.

I am playing as the Engineer as well. I just unlocked the M4, which I was excited about, but I was disappointed to find out that it is only three round burst or single shot....wtf is that shit...I want it fully auto! Back to the M4A1 for now...can't wait to get the G36C

What I HATE is singles that are type A, type B, and Type C and there are like 5 songs. Now that shit is ALL marketing in attempt to make more money and it is dumb as hell...just release a mini-album for crying out loud. That said, singles are alright, but really, when I am checking out new bands, I pretty much only download albums. I need to love a band to download a single. The only single I have ever bought was a Dir en grey cause you needed to buy one to meet Kyo....god, I was stupid then XD

What did I just watch?

I just reached Level 9 tonight...Battlelog says I have 7 hours in, but that can't be right, it feels like I have played far more already xD So far, I love it. Haven't touched single, and unless for some reason I really get in the mood, I doubt I ever will. I have played a little bit of co-op online, but that was really limited since we didn't have mics set up, so we couldn't really communicate. Other than that, it was alright. The multiplayer blows the beta out of the water. It is so much fun. Some of the maps are eh, some are great, but over all it is just so much more fun than Bad Company 2 for me. I am really happy about team deathmatch, I know a lot of people that love BF won't care for it, but honestly, I moved from COD to BF, so the inclusion of this gives me the action packed sessions that are like COD and the fun of BF experience in conquest and rush. I am a happy camper...pun not intended, I don't camp.

God damn Battlefield 3 is fun!
