    Today was the last straw for me at work.

      They approved vacation for me and while I was on it decided that since I was sick earlier this year that I no longer qualify for full time. Today when I went to pick up my vacation check I didn't have one and notified me without telling my department manager that they bumped me down to part time and won' be paying me for the vacation. I'm done with this.

      That sounds shady. Do you think you'll be able to take legal action? Because what they're doing doesn't sound very legal.

      That sounds like malpractice. Does your work have a HR department? Maybe you could bring it up to them.
