I wonder if アマテラス is a remix or different version of 天照? It's really suspect to not only have the same title (in terms of reading) but also to put them consecutively like that.

Sony's conference was weird, they showed a lot of games but did very little talking, and it was fairly short. Really strange dubstep FF15 trailer, with some sort of VR portion where you play as Prompto shooting guns in first person??? Horizon looks really good, just don't know if I'd like it. Maybe I'll play Detroit. Zero interest in the zombie game Days Gone. .. oh yeah, Resident Evil 7 was announced, but I also don't care about that. Lol @ the Crash Bandicoot announcement. Maybe the weirdest thing was the God of War reboot, which almost looked like Souls/Bloodborne combat.. (but with QTEs?) No wait, the weirdest thing was the trailer for Kojima's new game. ...Vita got ZERO mentions

I googled this for you, and the last time it expired was Feb 2015, which was 4 months before they re-announced it. Lol, BOY FRIEND was actually one of the songs I listened to, haha SE does not have a conference, but so far they have only shown a single boss battle in FF15 at the XBox show and it didn't look great... (a battle against Titan that was mostly Noctis poking ineffectively at Titan's hand.. it was weird)

I'm shuffling my favourite Koda Kumi songs right now, getting HYPE for E3 press conferences today. Even though yesterday's EA & Bethesda announcements didn't appeal to me at all. Not surprising, since EA really focused on multiplayer (and, bizarrely, weed), and every Bethesda game was first-person. I'm most hopeful for a South Park showing at Ubisoft, and whatever Sony has up their sleeve. Hopefully not too much VR talk. (I don't see how they could possible top last year's fanboy-wish-fulfillment trio of FF7 Remake/Last Guardian/Shenmue)

Caught the episode a little ... earlier than usual.. today. For once, I actually loved pretty much everything that happened in this episode. Lots of interesting character moments. EXCEPT

I personally have zero interest in Watch Dogs, but kudos to Ubisoft for using a black protagonist in a major game... even if his face is so obscured that it's kind of hard to tell. A certain segment of the internet is really upset about it, though. *roll eyes*

Resonance of Fate is one of the few JRPGs I couldn't bring myself to finish. Something about the combat system thoroughly pissed me off =_= Just couldn't get the hang of it.

I did NOT expect Vivi to sound like that. If there is no dual audio, World of FF looks like a prime candidate for importing. (chibi look = aimed at younger audience = simpler Japanese?) If only Japanese digital games had reasonable prices..

Side note, I've been half-watching The Tudors recently, and it's kind of funny how similar Natalie Dormer's characters are. Both are noble ladies who married the king due to their families wanting to increase their social standing, both are notorious for being schemers, both have secretly gay brothers.

Now you need to pick a permanent "job" for each character (i.e. White Mage, Archer, Knight), and each job has a unique license board. I've never played it myself, but the online consensus is that it's superior to the original game.

I think how it went was.. I bought a box set of the first 4 books (this was before the 5th came out in paperback). Read those 4 books. Then I binge-watched the first 3 seasons of the show and watched the 4th season "live". Then I got the 5th book but had trouble remembering what happened in the first 4 books, plus I got super bored reading about Tyrion's meal, so I gave up and decided to just focus on the show.

I had no idea who Ian McShane was before this episode.. *shrug* Also, page 70 of book 5 was as far as I got in the books, so I'm not feeling any disappointment from that. Barely remember what I read. Episode 7 thoughts By the way, I highly doubt the writers are just following fan theories to write the story. GRRM has told them the plot outline for all the remaining books. Obviously they aren't going to follow the books 100% because nobody has the budget for that shit. If fan theories are turning out to be right, maybe it just means the plot has become a little bit predictable. (in any case, there's at least a million people thinking up theories, some of them are bound to be right)

*icy death stare* You are correct. I specifically imported the Japanese version because I did not want to deal with that English dub again. FF12's dub was actually not bad, as far as I remember.
