Was on my way to OOR's concert on the bus. I cut my bangs myself and unfortunately messed up... =.="
  2. I just applied for adoption of bunny. Now just need to wait for their phone call and join their volunteer work for 2 days before I can pick up the bunny. I'm glad! :DDD

  4. I thought Ai played all of them?
  5. I wonder who will be support artists for Ai's live show?
  6. freesia

hope his new band will be successful!
  7. I think it's because some of the VK bands has a dark feeling with their looks and music and that corresponds with my interest in dark feelings and things....
  8. idk i feel that his solo project is a bit weird. i couldn't get into his solo works like i could with deathgaze...

I kinda understand a little just by recognition. I see 8.9 though so looks like a good review!

  10. old Anemone or new Anemone?
  11. That awkward moment when Taka called out for a circle pit but almost no one knew what that was to do it. I hope they won't exclude Hong Kong in their next Asia tour. >_>

Haha, few things more embarrassing than when singers demand pits and the crowd just ignores them. (I'm definitely one of those people... I'm old now and came to watch the show not run into people)

      Takadanobabaalien

if they would exclude a HK simply because of that reason then they are idiots

Lol, I am picturing one dude running in a circle punching himself. Funniest thing I ever saw was at a Dir en grey show where the whole pit stopped moshing for two guys to play air guitar in the middle. The band must have been looking at that like 'wtf?'

  12. freesia

I don't know how but for ONE OK ROCK, their Asia tour tickets sold out in a few hours and they are a younger band than the GazettE.
  13. the GazettE creates such elitist phenomenon among their fanbase. And it's all based on how much money the fan is willing to pay for such status.

Only true fans bought the deluxe HD boxset that came with a pick Uruha once played a chord with. Only ¥19900, had it shipped with my Gackt toilet seat cover.

Great list! I didn't know about that Miyauchi Yuri new album. Gotta catch up! There are also lots of interesting albums and a few that I'd neglected before that I need to check out. I already downloaded one album that I managed to find on the internet. xD

Haha, I was a bit afraid the list will be all over the place because of the different genres in it. So I'm glad you thought it was cool! *High-fives* I thought I must add Haruka to Miyuki because I didn't see them in others' lists too. I wasn't too fond of LIFE though, so I didn't add it. Yeah, I was surprised to see some other fans not like those new albums as well. Not like I'm a new fan, but I do think FALILV improved with this album and made me like them more than I did before! Haha thanks, hope you enjoy the other picks from my list. You're welcome to peek at my last.fm anytime or you can follow me there if you want (although the follow function on last.fm doesn't do much as before)! Yeah, I listened to the Radicalfashion album. It was nice and all but didn't really stand out from other piano music albums for me. I liked Hior Chronik's Taking the Veil but I didn't add it to my list because he wasn't really from Japan and all the other album artists in it are Japanese so it'll be weird if I added him. Thanks for always recommending me music that fits my taste! XD You have nice taste too for liking those bands! XD I'm glad! Enjoy hearing more from them~

Great list! I like how you include so many post-rock stuff in your list. It's got a few post-rock albums that are new to me to check out.
  19. freesia

Cool~ Have fun checking them out. Hope you will like them.

Thanks for your recommendation! I rarely listened to A9 so I never followed what they were up to, but this DIAWOLF sounds promising. Will check them out more from now on.
  21. Thought I should write my own favorite releases of 2015 since it seems you guys are having so much fun in it. xD I can't tell apart which ranks the releases are in in my heart, so I won't be ranking them down here. >> [album] Fear, and Loathing in Las Vegas - Feeling of Unity Genre: Post-hardcore, Trance One of the few releases I was able to buy, and I'm so glad I did! Very fun to listen to so every time I got bored, I listen to this. >> [album] lynch. - D.A.R.K. - In the name of evil - Genre: Metalcore, Nagoya Kei This was an awesome album at first listen. I got bored with it gradually but I'm sure it will grow on me later nonetheless. >> [album] CROSSFAITH - XENO Genre: Metalcore Stunning album! I actually liked the ballad, "Tears Fall", unlike other fans who preferred their old sound. >> [album] Chouchou - Alexandrite Genre: Electronica, experimental Very beautiful electronica album. Chouchou are one of the best electronica duos in the scene. >>[album] the GazettE - DOGMA Genre: Visual Kei, Metal One of the darker albums that they have released. They didn't disappoint me this time. >>[album] Presence of soul — All Creation Mourns Genre: Post-rock, post-metal Very atmospheric. Loved the last two track of this album. >> [album] world's end girlfriend, Vampillia, 中原中也 - 在りし日の声 Voices of Days Past Genre: "Poemcore", electronica, ambient Poemcore with dark and mysterious atmosphere. Loved the world's end girlfriend's and instrumental tracks. >> [album] Anoice - Into the Shadows Genre: Modern classical, ambient, post-rock Beautiful and stunning music like always. >> [mini-album] ハルカトミユキ - 世界 Genre: Indie-pop, pop rock Easy on the ears and lively to listen to. Good release. >>[album] それでも世界が続くなら - 最低の昨日はきっと死なない Genre: Rock Album starts of with mellow slow vocals and beats which catches the ear. Don't get me wrong though, they are a pretty upbeat rock band. >> [album] 溶けない名前 - タイムマシンがこわれるまえに Genre: Shoegaze Sounds like My Dead Girlfriend and Plastic Girl In Closet. I don't know if they are related but even if they are not, 溶けない名前 is still good shoegaze to listen to. >> [mini-album] 雑魚猫タワー - 一隅にて Genre: Indie pop, Folk Very light-hearted and easy to listen to. Vocalist has a sweet voice. >>[album] Gecko(ゲッコー) - Forestract Genre: Ambient, modern classical Sad, beautiful, and captivating. >> [album] 渋谷 慶一郎 - ATAK022 Live in Paris Genre: Piano, modern classical Shibuya plays one of the saddest piano music, in this live album, mixed with electronic elements. My favorite track is "Open Your Eyes". Yup, that's all I could think of for now even though I might have missed some. Tell me if you have common favorites from my list! I also very welcome recommendations as well! Thanks for taking time to read this. Edit: I edited out Haruka Nakamura's album since I'd mistaken it for releasing in 2015 but it was actually from 2014.
