I hope our government will uncover the fact that people are dying in the hotels or their own houses. There's no free beds in hospitals since mid April and government said "if you feel sick please move to the nearest hotel"🤫

@BrenGun japanese don't care at all, we thought to go out for few hours two weeks ago for the first time and the first thing we saw were tents and crowds in the park :'D families with children, without masks. It was really HARD to find a place without people so we walked like 1.0km to stay away from the crowd. There's also nothing about social distance when we're talking about rush hours, the main stations and trains are crowded as always.

@BrenGun japanese don't care at all, we thought to go out for few hours two weeks ago for the first time and the first thing we saw were tents and crowds in the park :'D families with children, without masks. It was really HARD to find a place without people so we walked like 1.0km to stay away from the crowd. laruku gets a bad rep in the west simply for being mainstream and ~not heavy, but they were fantastic (up until AWAKE in 2005 at least). don't listen to anyone who tells you otherwise. dune, heavenly, ray and awake are all great albums.

We are prohibited to go out 土･日、and I think it will continue until the lockdown 😞 police is checking id cards and documents, doesn't matter japanese or not, and you should be prepared to give them a correct answer...

@haizuru japanese aren't taking it seriously, that's right - this year, every, like, EVERY public park was crowded, because of cherry blossom picnics, I wanted to go to shinjuku gyoen because I thought no one will be there, but it ended up with me standing in the crowd of drunk people, and I decided to go home as soon as possible... public transport is also always full.
And now we are here, waiting for the Italy scenario...

Well I wish you safety and good health. I know it's a scary situation to be in when it seems that everyone else around you is being careless, and it's unfair that there isn't much you can do about it as an individual even to protect yourself. I'm sure since no one is being forced to close, a lot of businesses are probably not very merciful when employees want to stay home. I understand shutting things down risks the economic health but I feel like that can be fixed with time, losing lives cannot. So, please be as safe as you can and I hope things change there and they start taking it more seriously soon.
