  1. No, no, no.

Money doesn't set this right. The child is still suffering by what is being translated. That man is very probably a risk for society. That much is clear. As a victim of him herself and the mother of another one this should not be the course of action IMHO. I don't know anything  about her motivation to do this or the bigger picture but I feels wrong Kisaki being able to buy his way out of THIS ONE.

Also, if she has trouble meeting/contacting him DON'T DROP THE LEGAL CASE YOU DUMB DUMB. IF HE PRESENTS HIMSELF IN COURT YOU WILL HAVE ACCESS TO HIM. IF HE DOES NOT, HE WILL BE DETAINED AND YOU WILL HAVE ACCESS TO HIM! What the actual fuck are you doing!?

I understand that having someone trying to dry you out of money to stop a legal procedure is fucking horrible, but you should not be complying after trying to get congressmen involved. It's easy to say (and probably unfair, so sorry for saying it, but I am just speaking out of my heart here) but if she endured all that abuse before coming out with the info, she probably can take it all the way. Has her case weakened? Has he presented or has evidence diminishing of her claims? What's going on? Her new actions make no sense. Is Kisaki impersonating this lady to damage control and taint her image so she appears to be a gold digger? I really don't know if I'm even joking about this. Seems like anything could happen now.

On the topic of "this damages Vkei" I have to agree. It snowballs with terrible precedents. But assuming his bandmen knew precisely to what degree this guy may take things is going a bit far. It's clear nobody wants to work with him for the most part, so he was at least very disliked or even abusive on a work enviroment. But that doesn't mean people knew everything or were OK with it.

The bigger issue here as far is what scene go is that Vkei doen't seem to be able to shake out it's bad rep.

  2. He is free to do what he wants with the CD, but 1) his music does not advocate for being like him 2) More people other than him also make that music likeable.

I don't like kisaki or his music in any special way, sometimes at all. But I really don't think a work he contributed to is suddenly worse because he turned out to be much more terrible as a person than anyone expected.

  3. I just read through all of this... I think I'm gonna barf...

It's so shocking that this person had trouble getting the police involved with all that was provided and Kisaki having a track record with them. I really hope they step in soon and everything gets cleared up and dealt with.

I can't shake the feeling that child has had her mental heath ruined forever. Holy shit, Kisaki. How the fuck did this dude get to run a record label and be so influential? How come word never got out if that's how he develops relationships? Holy hell.

  4. People don't get that the bible is, mostly, as exotic for japanese people as japanese culture and mythology is for us. It is attractive because it is deep and has a long story with large implications that scape most of them. Much like it happens with us and samurai values, yokai, shinto, etc.

Musicians change all the time, yes, but it's a different story if said musician is the vocalist (literally the face of the band). It's a lot more difficult to keep a band going once you lose a vocalist (but again, not sure if he's actually leaving LSN... I have literally never heard of them. Can anyone shed some light? Perhaps a different topic is necessary for this discussion?)

LSN is Ruka's solo project. The thing is that Ruka plays mostly drums. The other members including the vocalist, are support members. He had 3 vocalists come and go from LSN by now. They project won't suffer from it because people don't come from the vo, they come for Ruka. Having a vo. they are familiar with is icing on the cake.

In fact Ruka is having the most intense fanclub activities compared to his Nightmare bandmates, who actually sing on their new projects (except for the bassist, ni-ya). This is not a regular band. This is a solo project around the most prolific Nightmare composer doing his own thing with the musicians he sees fit for what he wants to sound like.

  6. OMG! Looks like the LSN is really changing their lineup for their first album and some of the support members decided to keep the ball rolling.

This is great news all around.

Did Guts and Death ever actually take off? They had tha phone app gimmick to sell their music but did they actually held regular lives all this time? I thought they faded away as LSN activistes ended up being pretty intense actually.

  7. Hizaki's songwritting is a bit dissapointing here, feels very predicteable now. But you won't risk it too much when incorporating a new member to a band when it makes all of it feel so different imo. In that way this single succeeds, showing Kuze is both capable and a good fit for this band. Sadly I wish the songs themselves were more interesting to me. Glad they are back on the radar, the had a potential I never felt was there with Zin.
