Crazy nightmare where an evil spirit possessed a life size doll (I remember specifically it had no eyes in it). I woke up as it was approaching my bed after it figured out I was somehow seeing it in my dream. My dreams never make sense when I try to explain them later. But I was pretty freaked out. Lol.

I generally need a recipe for anything that isn't basic cooking skills. I do like trying new things so I tend to hunt down recipes to try all the time.

I also apologize if this thread isnt open to discussion on these topics. I wasn't aware that we couldnt debate opinions in here. I'll take those discussions elsewhere in the future. Edit: I just read the new replies Now I'm not sure how much was directed at me. But, either way, I'll cool my jets in here if it helps.

If I came off as catty, I do apologize but I do think that arguement lacked a lot of perspective on your part. Your whole arguement is extremely one sided and youre not trying to understand anyone else's stance at all. So agree to disagree here.

Whoa. That's taking this whole thing to an extreme level. This is talking about people who you don't know requesting music from you that you aren't obligated to share in the first place. This is not ignoring that kid in school who needs friends. This is the internet, and people need to back off of it half the time. Seek help, don't blame people on the internet for ignoring you if you're to some kind of mental breaking point. How is that some stranger on the internet's responsibility???? No one is attacking you. And just because you think you're asking politely... the whole act of asking without knowing a person is just as rude in my book. Seriously, if that same person wrote me in the beginning like "Oh hey, I noticed we like the same band, can I add you?" And then we exchanged a few messages. Guess what? I'd be like 90% more inclined to fulfill their request. But these people are coming up as entitled strangers with "Upload this album for me, please?". That is barely polite in my book. Barely. I'm sorry but I don't owe them anything. Not even a reply. They don't care about me, I'm not wasting my time. Like I already mentioned, I do this because too many people have been rude to me and bullying me for turning them down but you don't seem to understand that. I have a similar history as stylelover. I used to reply to everyone but I got too many nasty comments when I didn't want to share. Even some who harassed me for months and found me on other media sites. It was really awful. So I stopped sharing anywhere outside of these kind of places. Equating ignoring upload requests on the internet to bullying is such a load of crap, because it's not even close. You're asking people to be kind out of respect to you're unknown past but you're not giving anyone else the same treatment. I upload on places like MH and jps because when I do feel like uploading something; I will make it easy to find. I am not your personal music vending machine. If I don't share something I probably have my reasons and It'd be nice if people respected that.

I don't view it as rude at all. They don't know me personally. They aren't my friend. Why am I obligated to waste my time with them? They are asking for free music on the internet. I would consider rude if they were a stranger on the street who needed actual help with something. Then ignoring them would be rude.

I used to love SKULL so much. <3 Also Tora era Sel'm. Senses Fail - "Saint Anthony" SHANK - "Tonight the Streets Are Ours" Miyavi - "PLEASURE! (vs H ZETT M)" Peelander-Z - "Go Ape Go" D'ERLANGER - "XXX for YOU" Anli Pollicino - "Lips to Lips" Jang Wooyoung - "Sexy Lady" Half-Life - "失くした願い" 2side1BRAIN - "Gnosis" 2PM (Nichkhun solo) - "Let It Rain" D'erlanger music stands the test of time. It never gets old for me. I also really love that Senses Fail song. So it gets an honorable mention.
-
I do this. Obviously, I'd answer if I intended on sharing, but it's easier to ignore the request than deal with the percentage of people who turn around and get rude with you if you decline. I've had too many people who think because they see something in my last.fm library that I am obligated to share it.
-
People bragging about basically anything is annoying. In a community like this, people only care about what you're sharing. If you're not sharing it then talk about it in your journal or your facebook or whatever.
-
They couldn't have picked a more boring name. But at least I can recommend them to strangers now and not feel like a creep. Lol.

Not sure if you see that you end up quoting yourself everytime and it's a little confusing what parts you are replying to. I thought you were calling Freak Show cheap with its mad at the world concept. But I think both seasons actually share that sentiment. Coven and Freak Show are both based on groups that are outcasts of society. Her manipulation technique is not as covert and subtle as it was in Murder House or Coven, but I don't find her more desperate approach this season bad. I'm enjoying the differences. Rich boy is pretty awesome.

Artist: DuelJewel Album: Story Score: Heroes in shiny visual kei costumes have come to save you. Story marks Hayato's triumphant return from hiatus earlier this year due to throat problems. It also hallmarks DuelJewel as one of the few visual kei bands that have stayed together for over 15 years and still release music. Their sound has grown and matured whilst remaining true to its core of soft flowery ballads cleaved with hard rock shred. "Days" is reminiscent of a nostalgic visual kei fairy tale with a beat that makes you want to clap along. Hayato's voice soars, as clear and inviting as ever, as it weaves in and out of falsetto. The guitar work allows the song to swell with each chorus until it explodes into a solo plucked from the heavens. "It's just love" builds off of the previous song and settles into a sing-a-long song structure. The bass is much more prominent and brings necessary weight to the song. It settles into wide open soundscapes that rise and fall with small clips of distorted guitars. The simple melody is catchy, as if it were specifically written to be a single. "Sad/Mad" and "Sunset Riot" raise a tower of intensity through the first arc of Story as full-on headbangers. "Maze" doesn't lose any momentum yet smooths things out with contemporary visual kei riffage and a gloomy atmosphere. In spite of this, the song finds a way to lift you up by the end and stills your heart just in time for "Chronos" to raise your pulse again with its anime theme levels of grandeur. This feeling is magnified by the abundance of synth and effects. "アビスライフ(Abyss Life)" and "SLIP FROM MY HANDS" drive the album towards its frantic apex. After that adventure, "奇跡の花(kiseki no hana)" offers a much needed melodic break and showcases operatic influences with angelic choir segments and leads us to "君の世界で(kimi no sekai de)", a full on ballad. Robust and overflowing with dark beauty; it's precisely how a classic visual kei ballad should feel. The way DuelJewel pulls you in shows you why they have remained relevant for all these years. "愛愁メランコリア ~Story Ver.~(Aishuu Meloncholia ~Story Ver.~)" is a second take on a fan favorite from '06 that never secured its place on any of DuelJewel's albums. I view this song as a "thank you for sticking with us" message for their fans. The Story Ver. has much better production that strengthens some of the buried instruments in the original recording. It is a perfect way to wrap up this album and bookend the wonderful nostalgia found in the first song. There isn't much else I could ask of the band to improve upon with this album. My only small gripe is that they could have broadened their horizons with more new influences. With that said, it doesn't negate that Story is a great album and addition to anyone's record collection.

But you were complaining that its "been done before". That's what I was commenting on. And by saying stabbing should be "left to professional stabbers"; a fantasy drama and a glorified buddy cop show... you do know that "slasher/serial killer" is an entire horror genre unto itself, right? That's exactly why AHS has had at least one in every season.
-
What makes you say that? I'd say maybe since 2012 they might have had this goal, but their demos and early work don't suggest they showed any interest in going mainstream at that time, imo.

I kind of agree that, for the moment, I'm hanging around for the new side projects and guest spots. At least it will get me by until the next album.

Some of my favorite bands I know because of their collabs. Coldrain x various Crossfaith x various SiM x various Crystal Lake x various Before My Life Fails x various Her Name In Blood x various (And by 'various' I mean mostly each other) Crossfaith always say Skrillex is an ispiration of theirs and I'd live to hear him remix their music. Or Crossfaith work with w/ Enter Shikari (or someone equally as popular in their western target markets.) As for only Japanese bands, I'd like to hear Mucc take a lot of the bands they use for their background work (gang vocals and such) and bring them in on some features. ROACH, Peanuts for a Party Boy, Make My Day, etc.

This sounds more like a wiki type of project where unlimited users can add different info for different bands. It'd be a huge undertaking but a great resource for collectors.

PC would be the closest thing I have to a gaming system and even then I play the sims once a year for a couple of days. So, I'm not much of a gamer to begin with.

Kathy Bate's accent bothered me too. It felt like it was inconsistent. But then again, I wasn't exactly sure what accent she was going for in the first place. And agree 1000000% about Jessica owning it every season. I can't believe she's not going to be there next season. I don't know if I can cope. haha. The horror genre relies heavily on recycled tropes in general. Exploring and exploiting those tropes is basically AHS' thing. Part of the fun is seeing just how many they can fit into each season and what kind of story they weave through it.

I'll catch you on fb and instagram. Sorry to see you go, though. ;; <3

I'm of the mind that Kpop needs to stop forcing trainees to be the obligatory group rapper and seek our actual rappers with passion for their craft to join their companies instead. A few have done that and they end up being my favorites. This, pretty much.
