Satsuki has announced REBOOT tour part 2 for October and November. He will tour with SnakeZ Agency.
Shows are planned in Ukraine, Belarus, Lithuania, Latvia and more.

There was an issue regarding encoding being in both UTF-8 and Shift-JIS, but I got it fixed by configuring nginx to respect the original character set of each html file. If you encounter a 404 not found page, it means the page doesn't exist to begin with because my backup is incomplete but most of the artist pages should be available.

Just a tiny info-morsel: according to the info that came with the single the new album should be released in October (tho not sure how accurate this will be). In any case, it's a good sign that the band has a few gigs lined up for November that bear the album's title, so fingers crossed!  
 

This is great!! I'm a total nerd for blast beats and hearing them get used a bit more in VK always makes me happy, but so much of this going a bit more in the "full BM" direction is really satisfying.
 
I'd love to see more bands in the scene pull from that kind of metal - just a certain level of atmosphere and intensity that isn't found in some of the "chuggier" riffs a lot of bands rely on.

Kyuho is indeed very active with the promotion, a few months ago he asked around for help to get his music more known. Shortly after that, he started releasing teasers and MV's. I find it also interesting that he also is releasing covers, while he is in the middle of the promotion of ME's newest album. I think it really helped him, in combination with the music he makes, to get a deal with GAN-SHIN and ... It made me interested as well, so I ordered Nacht and the newest album as soon as I could.

Downy's guitarist, Yutaka Aoki, died at the age of 48 on Monday, March 19, at 14:50, with acute bone marrow sarcoma leukemia. At the funeral, only relatives will ceremony by the wishes of the bereaved family. I am afraid that you will be able to decline the attendance of the general public.

oh well... I missed that announcement and I am a bit surprised. But on the other hand, I am not. Curious on how this band will continue.

A few days ago I was writing an article about the band performing in The Netherlands during Jera On Air, and someone poked me to give me more information: They will also perform in the UK, Spain, Austria and Czech Republic. All festivals in July.

cali≠gari will release their new DVD set "13-映像集-" on 2018/02/07. The set contains 3 DVDs and a CD-ROM and is limited to 1000 copies which can only be mail-ordered in advance.
 
The main portion contains their whole gig at Hibiya Yagai Ongakudo (25 songs) as well as an offshot/making-of footage. There will be heaps of "official bootleg"-quality footage of their whole "TOUR 13" circuit spanning more than a dozen venues. The CD-ROM part will have the same 25 tracks as the main concert in mp3 format. The whole thing will come in a deluxe box set with a 76-page booklet to boot. Below is the tracklist:

Confirmed only band that has ever mattered and that will ever matter

I’m going to try and cliff note this and if anyone else wants to chime in feel free.
 
I think it was in April (???) that Mejibray’s Youtube channel’s name was changed to Forum Official. Another band was added that no one gave a shit about it. People assumed or hoped that was the reason why.
 
Then in May, after the first show on the Hangman tour which was completely normal, they posted that announcement on the homepage and all about the hiatus. After that, there were no more encores. Moreover, there were no more MCs. Tsuzuku didn’t talk to audiences at all (bar shouting the name of the city and maybe “Mejibray”).  A lot of fans are of the mind that he was essentially gagged by the label and prohibited from speaking. No way to know this for sure, but it felt like it. Also worth noting is the instores switched from talks to 2shots before any of this. Also no way to know for sure this is related. 
 
Most of their one-mans ended with BI”name”JIKA. Sometimes Decadance.
 
Mobile member content was really sporadic from there. Even the staff blog hasn’t had images added since the beginning of the last tour.
 
Fast forward to the tour final at Shinkiba Studio Coast. Tsuzuku and Koichi emerged painted black. They’d each done this once previously this year. The live was 14 songs instead of 15. This may or may not have been deliberate as Tsuzuku had collapsed and stayed down at the last song, seemingly overwhelmed. Koichi went to him and checked on him before stepping in front of him and seemingly flipping off the staff at the back and then holding up three fingers to the audience. The curtain finally closed.
 
Koichi’s birthday was a lot more fun. During the breaks between songs at one point, rather than facing the drums, Tsuzuku faced outwards, staring at the audience. He still didn’t speak; it was Koichi that spoke at the end, remarking on the challenges of the year and said we’d meet again next year. Everyone was crying, but the general air was optimistic after the live.
 
Then when the end of December hit, an announcement was posted on Mejibray’s OHP declaring that Tsuzuku’s and Koichi’s contracts had expired and to wish them the best in the future. Koichi’s Twitter and Instagram have been wiped clean. Meto’s birthday live where he will be providing vocals under a different name was announced. Mia is busy as fuck all spring with various projects and sessions.
 
So it’s basically been a massive clusterfuck. _(:3」z)_

There was another band called ダリ as well around the time the UNDER CODE band started, though they did not last very long. The vocalist and guitarist went on to form KAMELEO.
 

 
If this is the UNDER CODE Dali, though, I find it interesting that they've reverted back to their name in katakana and not romaji. The logo for their OHP does have a similar placement of the characters, compared to Dali's original logo, though, with ダ being slightly higher than リ.
