Sadly, there aren't many. There's ETERNAL ELYSIUM, Church of Misery, and then some stuff by Boris. There was another, really obscure band too, but I can't recall their name atm.

It's actually very common, although the bulk of it isn't very mainstream outside of some isolated, major-label acts. Hell, there's even an idol-rap group lol.

My aplogies, but please see my opening post. I've edited it and added some more precise questions on the matter that I'd like to know your opinions on.

So I was just having a discussion with a good friend about this topic and now I'm curious to know what you all think as well. What do you all feel defines a vocalist, and what do you all feel defines a singer? Is being a vocalist more of an appropriate term for an extremely talented singer, or do we just call them singers? Is being called just a singer any less respectable than being refered to as a vocalist (vice versa)? Let me know, i'm curious to hear your opinions on this!

I've got Tekken 6, Tekken Tag 2, and Soul Calibur 5 on the ps3. I'm a beast at Tekken, but I don't really game much in general these days

I thought this was a pretty clever idea Anyways, I love both ling and TK's solo stuff, but I'm mostly biased due to the fact that I've been following ling since 2007, so I've had a good 7 years worth of living and growing with their music. The emotional and nostalgic attachment that I have for some of the songs in their disco simply can't be overlooked. TK just recently started producing solo work, so he has much less material to weigh against as well. Granted, TK's solo work is much more expansive and diverse than ling's music, but very few TK songs have the raw, rockin' power that ling does. Plus, Miyoko (345) compliments TK quite well vocally...the psychotic chipmunks that they are. With TK releasing his first full album soon, we'll see if It's effective enough to sway my opinion.
