Pretty muchwhat DarkWater is saying. If a band member grows fond of you, they'll send you mp3 rips sometimes. Just try to be more friendly and not fan stalking type of person and liking everything. Just learn at least basic Japanese or know one that knows a little English to have something to get started.
If you befriend a bangya online, then they'll help you out more than you think.
MEGURU from Panic Channel added me to his personal Twitter account after he found out I wasn't some sort of stalker, but just a normal person.

Japanese musicians are just weird about it in general. I think there's just a lot of resistance to learning something new. They're slowly getting better... maybe we'll finally be able to regularly buy releases digitally in 10 years

It says:
DictavE will start a two-consecutive-week campaign of digital releases. The first will be available on Feb 1st, second available on Feb 8th. They will be available worldwide via roughly 30 digital stores, iTunes included.
They will not be free, but price is not announced yet.

not sure but because its via itunes i guess it'll probably cost something but again not sure if it is also possible to upload some music to itunes for free... on the other hand i don't know in the trailer what the sentence at 1:18 means so maybe someone can clarify this...
