I have no idea idea how come this single have been greenlighted by their management (parts of killed in summer are okay, but overall it's embarassing and painful to listen to) scums has been pretty bad and unnecessary overall, but this single is a stadium of seats nightmare really should have right now. I'm kind of glad they're doing side projects atm, but this probably is the most disastrous example of creative stagnation that VK has been cursed with for almost six or seven years now.

I wonder if they're bundiing it with the album PV DVD, akin to diplosomia video, or it's gonna be a concert-only cinematic, same way like invisible wall backdrop during dim era concerts

they might have a better deal royalties wise or sony offered some extra perks with the contract (their marketing and promotion materials for both toxic and division are a+); sony might have better relations with gig organizers, and touring is where their money currently is. even if they album sales dropped, they're still more profitable as a band, thus they aren't trying as hard and idk, derangement was perfect, it's everything else that came with it was shit. they should have stayed with blip-blop-wubs and cut album fillers off, that would make them relevant again. //staying on topic, this single is garbage but how that wasn't obvious from the previews idk

this is probably my fav. japanese release of 2013 so far. lynch peaked at the avoided sun and rapidly went downhill after that (idk what really happened, I guess they switched producer themselves or marginal works didn't care enough about their 3rd album's quality); enjoyed every song except for the night, which sounds like a typical lynch a-side and I have no idea if at least a single lynch fan is not tired of listening to the same tune for the 5th or 6th time through the recent past years. otherwise really cool release, wish 12012 were relevant enough to get a kind records deal.

silent hill 2 is where japanese horror peaked artistically tbh. get the ps2/xbox version if you can, recent hd remakes are very fucked sh3 is good too & I like the depressive atmosphere of sh4, the game itself is quite bad though. sh shattered menories was good gameplay wise, but gaijin modellers can not reproduce the brill Japanese characterwork -- the characters r quite ugly to me, and it's really difficult to have any empathy with those dead eyed manequinns to be frank. silent hill 2 characters more often than not feel alive, although mostly really mentally unhealthy.
