hmmm, maybe a general thread about "problems/questions about last.fm" could be better? and then if the thread creator feels super productive, all the most common questions and answers could be edited to the first post.
i don't think there's a need to create a tutorial on how to use last.fm, since there are a lot of tutorials in the internet already. that could also be a great place to ask how to tag a specific artist etc!
