And @Madygrain not that they "blamed" him by saying "we're postponing all this shit because of Pata this is his fault" but realistically if the album itself was ready to go his health wouldn't have been an issue they could have just postponed the performance until he was well. So REALLY the album was nowhere near done and they used his health as a scapegoat more or less

I thought the song itself rocked it out a lot, like Gravitation was more my speed generally... But Chimera is a nice throwback to older Girugamesh that I know a lot of fans miss a lot. The music video on the other hand was really, truly amazing. I haven't liked a Girugamesh music video in YEARS and this one was fucking amazing.

I LOVE it. To me, it's better than Ginga no Oto entirely. It's more Diawolf than I thought it would be but the funny thing is it's doing Diawolf better than Diawolf does.

@ShanethVarosa, I'm totally keeping my eye on 藍 -AI- now, it sounds super neat! Had no idea about the Deathgaze connection!  As expected, that D and L'arc~e~ Ciel songs are great too. The PV for that just adds to it, aha.
 
@doombox, I have THE BEETHOVEN and EACH OF THE DAYS in my folder already to give a listen to and seeing them here from you is more than encouraging to check them out sooner rather than later. I'm going to have to check out Presence of Soul and Boku no lyric no bouyomi while I'm at it. Hot damn, never seen either of them around before but wow, totally awesome!
 
@CAT5, I've tried Girrafepot before and thought it was a solo dude. o-o The Cheserasera has a neat melody to their song, and if I remember correctly, weren't they mentioned in last years album selections or somewhere? The two splits are great, especially Marmalade butcher as you know. Didn't even know who they were so thanks for that! It's only a matter of time for nowisee to release more than just singles, yes please. Not surprised with the BUPPON pick. xp Such Samurai Champloo sounding, hopefully my likes in the rap department gets better over time to get to loving that track, lol.

I hope we can get a playlist feature working at some point in the future too, I send these posts to friends and family and they've asked me if we could do the same to make it easier/faster for them in the past as well.

  I've really been enjoying Ai's solo stuff so far after losing a lot of enthusiasm for later-era Deathgaze, and "White Moon" is definitely another gem in the pile. Really beautiful track, there.   That D track is actually one of the better things I've heard from them in a whiiiile. This is a very pleasant surprise.     @beni   Wow I was not expectng that emotional outcry Kominami Yasuha unleashed in that chorus!! (I know you said harsh pitch, but you definitely meant it! I was only maybe expecting a little scratch or grit but she really went there.) Took me totally by surprise and pulled me right into that song. Wonderful!    Dat Phew track, tho. I loved this. I have never heard of her before and I have obviously been missing out.   I don't normally like Chara too much. But I can handle her vocal tone a lot better with this rock sound than pop. I also just have to say it really makes me smile when a limited project like that decides to keep it going for their own enjoyment. That's really cool in my book. lol.     @CAT5   The cheserasera! I love these guys a lot. I can't believe I missed this release this month so I'm super grateful for a reminder.   I really enjoy that we seem to follow bands on opposite sides of the punk scene and I'm always like "WHERE DID THESE DUDES COME FROM??" lol. Happened again with PLAY DEAD SEASON. I'm gonna have to hunt down this split as well. This is great.   The Bradio fan in me is excited by 8otto, I've heard the name but didn't remember them sounding like this. I'm loving the vibe here with the funky music but the too-cool-for-school vocal style.   indigo jam unit. That's sad they are hanging it up, this song is really nice. Too many great bands phasing out this year. Way too many.   That BUPPON song reminds me I need a lot more Japanese hip hop in my life. I probably know like 5 legit Japanese rappers. That's just sad. lol.    Also that Marmalade Butcher song really hits half way through and I was living for it. Really nice list this month!!! But ngl I like Atlantis Airport a lot. But this is another split I didn't even hear about. December was just crazy. 

This is obviously great news, I'm glad they're coming back in full force. I hope in the next few months before their live they produce some new music to play at the show and release shortly after. I also hope they use this time to have Kamijo release a little more solo stuff maybe.

I'm not as interested as I used to be in this band. I feel like A9 and Diawolf are both good, but harelipped reminders of what I used to love. In any case, Diawolf's new EP actually did inspire in me some love so I hope this does as well. I want to love them again.
