    As much as I love the smell of a new CD, I hate it when the disc tray is so sticky, it feels like I'm gonna break the CD in half trying to pick it up. Not Cool!

      What I hate more is trying to pull out the booklet, but the top is stuck to the case, and it is 99% impossible to pull it out without bending the booklet cover or messing up the edge.

    Ugh, if last.fm's artist auto-correct feature actually worked, songs that my stubborn phone keep tagged as Ｒ指定 would be scrobbled as R指定, as they should be. Guess I'll never be able to listen to that band on my iPhone anymore without them scrobbling wrong... yay -_-

      Change it to something completely different (eg. erushitei) ---> change it to the correct one. iTunes doesn't recognize the difference between normal alphabet and unicode alphabet. That should fix the problem :3

      One time they messed up one of my orders and I complained that sent me a bonus item from one of the bands I liked. I'm not sure but they will pretty much do whatever to keep you, at least in my experience.

      No, the sync completes every time. The first time, the sync is very short and the new music doesn't appear. The second time, the sync is very very long, (probably because it spends so much time wiping out all the artwork JUST TO PUT IT BACK), but the music eventually appears. I think it's an iOS problem.
