  Yeah I know, but I'm pretty sure it will include it. CDJapan has really good customer service. Isn't the CD in the magazine binding? Or probably sealed in a plastic bag.

  The only reason I'm doubtful is because I've always thought that these types of bonuses are limited quantity and not expected to come with each copy.
