You seem to have missed the all important phrase : "and more". So it's going to feature songs from another live. It kind of needs to if you consider the set list for that live doesn't even feature half of VAMPIRE SAGA. *Then again, the live was before the album so I guess it wouldn't be the focus. In either case there will probably be an additional live included. I mean, why have the same song on the DVD twice? [same live that is...] And since its their first? DVD in quite a while it'll probably feature some more songs since 7th Rose.

It wouldn't make much sense to record an album that you might not release at all? Then you already spent time and money on recording it and selling it to a small crowd would still bring more money than not selling it at all. I mean, what if they get 10,000 to sign up (which would already be much)... not selling an already existing album to them because 2000 are missing doesn't make sense to me. =/ Unless maybe it's recorded but not printed yet. But then they could just make it pre-order-only, ie. they roughly print according to the number of orders to make sure they don't end up sitting on a lot of unsold record. Frankly, who knows what they're thinking. Perhaps it's a 'let's see if people care or we'll quit'! I mean wasn't there another band that did something similar but worded differently? I kind of forgot what my line of reasoning was besides bands leaving off of songs from albums [that we'll never know the existence of, obviously]. :/ And the whole money thing would be quality of production, advertisement or maybe... they'll get signed to a bigger label if they meet the quota? Then again, I don't really care.

Though I do like Love Bike Blood, that is a cover song by some other band, unless you meant the Demo song, which I liked as well. haha. But yea, their opening resulted [not that I understand if that was really the reason] in Matenrou Opera having a RAPED set list. Oh well. In either case, it's not like any visual bands actually come to Sweden anymore, heh. I kind of do hope that they change it up a little, because you can only do so much with their style. [Honestly, there's a little to how much cliche lyrics I can stomach.]

imo the official forming date of the new band might be at 2011/03/03, i.e. right after ??ワトリン(poitrine) one-day revival live generally, I would have thought the thing said would be 'start of activities' and 'forming' coming earlier... which is the problem I had with the whole wording... [and not the whole early promoting, since that was more or less obvious] and of course considering it's a pre-relase at a revival live, I would instantly [like others] assume poitrine part two. heh. . still, it'll probably sound like poitrine... which is all good.

Gotta love how the vocalist can't be replaced . And I know it's not right, but I laughed when Sono started singing in English. And 12012 raped Winter, Again. I liked it the first few seconds, but then it just died on me. Most of the other songs that I knew were more or less the same.

according to facebook answered questions apparently the album version of lotus will be different in some way, hopefully.... and we shouldn't really be surprised if there is an album before summer or not, I guess that's the desired deadline. I actually hope for DIE to write some of the new songs, because Kaoru needs to take a break [as if their lack of releases can't be considered one]. there's still six months before summer in either case, let's just hope they don't rush things or rather... take their time. and yes, they should be recording songs. we really don't know how many songs they have down, so no need to speculate.

Lotus has the same problem as I did with Hage : they both are mash-ups of songs across UROBOROS. Doesn't exactly give me much hope for their new album. And as mentioned on numerous occasions, absolutely no progressions in LOTUS and the chorus is way out of place, and it doesn't help that it's too long. In regards to OBSCURE, same feeling is presented as with the other rerecordings, absolutely hate them. It doesn't help that the chorus is just ... awkward, and the vocals are strangely recorded. And I still feel the same about live versions : NO REASON TO PUT IT ON A RELEASE UNLESS IT IS CHANGED FOR LIVE IN SOME WAY. It took away all the exoticness all of the album version, though KYO did sound better for some reason. *it's been mentioned countless times that they're planning to release an album before summer, but we've seen that kind of promise from other bands so many times, hah. in many cases, over a year passes.

they opened for versailles/matenrou opera in stockholm when they were there, so I heard them then. [of course I had already liked them before, but still] 'new' release is out/leaked. that is to say, a remix album of sorts. ...I say that the song was pretty awful. Glass Skin > Lotus. And the more that I listen to it, the more I can't stand the chorus. But that was to be expected. I'll reserve a second impression after release.
