You gotta use a lot of conditioner, ..and don't use a hairdryer.

It really depends on hair type though, for me I full wash w conditioner one day, next day don't wash it, day after wash etc.

I have very thick follicles, so if you have thinner type hair you may have to wash everyday.

moisturize moisturize moisturize (you can get cheaper conditioner but get a nice hair treatment to use 2-3 times per week)

reg flat iron damage is the worst but bleaching and hair spray are the biggest factor that like literally fry hair so avoid them if keeping the length is important for you;

if you can live without blowdrying it probably would be for your own benefit I know I can't nnnnn

those new micellar shampoos p much every major brand rolls out atm are the bomb like you must have at least one in your routine they are so good.
