  1. Sho should stick to singing, and DIMLIM should stay on their current path, Sho differentiates himself by being a great singer. If he goes back to metal core he’ll be back with Mio, Kagami and the screamers who can’t sing (Sorry Keisuke). Mio and Keisuke are just on a whole another level when it comes to screaming and Kagami is the best at singing and screaming and DEXCORE have metal core down to a science. It’ll be interesting to see the progression DIMLIM will have, comparing them to a backwards DIR EN GREY in terms of progression isn’t that out of the realm of possibility.

Talking about the state of the virus in Japan, during lessons I would ask my Japanese students about their opinions of the virus. A good portion of them are saying like "meh, it's inevitable, still gotta go to work since it's not that serious." Legit have a student that has a high rank in his job but continues to go to to work like yooooo they don't take this that seriously lol

But then again, those are just a majority of my students, there are some who are scared still. But tbh, mostly they just told me how much of an inconvenience the virus is for them.

Idk if it's right to say this but tbh, I feel as tho in a way, even tho the Japanese government is so undecided when it comes to quarantine, the people there  are handling the hygiene thing pretty well. My opinion only guys lol that's just the impression I get from my students.

On another news tho, here in my country because of the quarantine people are legit starving to death now. The other day people started to riot out in the streets because they no longer have the money to buy food. The next day our president said it's not his problem if those people starving can't find a way to feed themselves and he literally gave the OK to the police to shoot the hungry people who are rioting wtf senators also gave statements saying if you're hungry, don't become violent and find a peaceful solution like wtf

My country's in a nutshell y'all, the government here is SHIT even worse quarantine got extended to April 30 ugh altho we all think it might get extended till July, hopefully it'll just end soon.

Duterte is insane (just assuming off of your location listed and how the president of the Phillipines is like a mixture of Hitler and Trump.).

  3. Supposedly there's a conspiracy that 5G screws up your blood to oxygen ratio and partly the cause of coronavirus. Sounds crazy, but we really don't know how our bodies will react to 5G, but I doubt it is doing that. One thing we always worry about is that the stronger the G the higher risk of cancer. I don't know much about the science behind EHF, but supposedly there's no correlation between cancer and cellphone use.

@secret_no_03 - Dang, your coffee game is on the next level!

I'll drink coffee but I'll never crave it. I like my coffee black and dark. I'm always down for a good cup of green or black tea though.

Haha, I wish. Some people who do syphon coffee have set ups that look like a chemistry lab or they're making meth. That pouch is actually roasted green tea (Hojicha) I got a sample of from https://yunomi.life/ which is a small distributor tea farm in Japan that exports every tea you can think of around the world. They sell samples for like $2USD (you're just paying shipping basically).

My set entire set up (hoping to add a Hario manual grinder and get rid of the cheap Walmart (Hamilton Beach) metal blade grinder).

The end result, awful at taking pictures, the cup is half full, it didn't make THAT little lol. Also, please excuse the paint job back there, whoever painted it before we moved in got spots everywhere.

I'm a coffee drinker, though I enjoy tea as well.

Typically, I'll make my coffee with just enough creamer to get a nice golden brown-ish color. I don't add any sugar or sweeteners.

Coincidentally, this is the way my dad used to make his as well.

I think a good majority of people take up their coffee drinking method from their family, for better or worse because a lot of us have been drinking it since we were children in some form or fashion.

  7. I've always been of the belief that the Japanese government doesn't want people to get really old, it's part of the reason why they subsidize cigarettes. They want everyone to get cancer and die because there's already too many old people, not enough people to work, the Japanese social security system is going to collapse unless there's an influx of children being born. Japan is set to have 100M people by 2050.

I've had hot chocolates from Starbucks and from what I recall I didn't find them bitter but I did find them a bit weak in comparison to others (e.g. Costa). Maybe they do them a little differently in different parts of the world? Or maybe we tried them at different times and they changed up their recipe in between. 🤔

That being said, I've had some rather bitter hot chocolates too. I went to a cafe near the seaside a year or two ago and had a hot chocolate that was so bitter it tasted more like coffee than anything else (and I know they didn't mess up my order). I usually drink a hot choc every evening or near enough and I do it very strong and sweet with lots of marshmallows so I have quite high standards for the strength/sweetness of my hot chocolates, lol.

Well, I got it in the can, and it was pure coacoa so that's probably why, but yeah. As far as hot cocoa goes I have to have Swiss miss.

I can't handle anything too bitter so the only hot drink I drink is hot chocolate. I have a massive sweet tooth and I've never understood why people say "put sugar in it" when I say I don't like coffee. Coffee is just such an overpowering taste/aroma to me and I don't think all the sugar in the world could convince me to drink it. Although, all the sugar in the world does sound nice... 😆

That's interesting because I've had some VERY bitter hot chocolate. The Starbucks hot chocolate is the most bitter thing I've ever tasted and that includes burnt dark roasted coffee.
