Boogie steals the show here, no question. Feels good to be excited for a JILUKA release again.

Sounds amazing as usual, shame that I don't care enough about them to make the trip to Germany. (double shame that my arse end of Europe isn't attractive enough for bands to play here)
-
I've grown to love the "new" sound and this has one of the best riffs and bass lines, they've done, lately. The album's bound to be tasty.

Rijin and IDEAL released a month apart, both charted for a week, 134th (same as THE SILENT SONG) and 61st, respectively.

Does it sound like discount Fixer? Yes. Is Sui incredibly flat and monotone, without any vocal variety? Yes. For the entire song, I was hoping he'd surprise everyone by dropping some sick lows...but no, of course not. Massive blue balls, right there. I still like it, of course the guitar and bass were carrying the song, but a vocalist unable to growl is incredibly limiting in this type of music. Makes me miss Jey even more, were that even possible.

Yep, some high profile names under them. DIR EN GREY and MERRY, among others.
-
They look terrible, but I'm pumped for new music. 1 dollar says there will be a xylophone intro.
-
This is god-tier. Also, just a reminder that they are on Spotify (the number of their monthly listeners is a crime) and it's probably just a matter of time, 'til they add Solaris

DGD have just released a remastered version of Acceptance Speech, along with an instrumental version. God, does it sound glorious, just so HUGE. Such an amazing time to be a fan.

also, here

IDEAL is their best release so far, I don't know what y'all are on about. The most cohesive songs they've ever done and especially the 2nd track is spot on. But hey, I enjoy Break It Down, so the fuck do I know.
-
The lad must really like Jason Richardson. Shame that the mix is so horrendous, the song's got the potential to be pretty good.
-
They are absolutely spot on, if they can keep up the variety and quality then...just DAMN!
-
The whole soundtrack is pure poetry. It's second only to NieR:Automata, but I can't listen to that one without bursting in tears.
-
Prolly not here, but we can take it to PMs, since there is no "International lounge" for Czech people...and it's kinda weird to make it just for two
-
Hi, it's really nice to see another Czech person, here. I hope that you'll enjoy it, here!
-
Fuck, this goes hard. The breakdown in the last song was too tasty. I guess that Ryuya and Taishi had a hissy fit 'bout that trap break.

Allow me, one last addition. You don't get to take a moral highground, here, trying to make yourself the victim, the one beacon of truth in the darkness of lies. No one is trying to take away your right to speak your "truths" and I am happy for you, that you were able to break out of your shell but your "truths" are simply opinions, nothing more, nothing less. You are not a messiah, a prophet or a revolutionary. You are just a person, like everyone here. Go ahead and continue to speak your mind, but expect a discussion and possibly opposition.

Just look at your initial post that sparked this shitstorm. I'll paraphrase. "our government/schools are purposely indoctrinating the younglings to be weak, non self-reliant, just vessels for the destruction of our society" If you want more, I'll have to get back to you, later. It's time consuming, juggling this convo and work.

I'm not an apologist for any group and neither of your deductions is correct. I not even surprised just how fast you labled me and gave the evil you fight a name. I don't even have a horse in that race. What bothered me and what I spoke out against is that you have thrown everyone in the same bag.
-
Fair enough, but my issue is not with those singular examples, on that we can both agree, that they are completely irrational. My issue is that both you and Suji are prepared to completely single out a huge amount of people for the flaws of a couple. These last few years have seen a huge increase in the acceptance of things never before perceived as normal. Definitely, you're gonna have individuals trying to exploit it, but you can't have progress without a few hiccups.
-
Well, then the two of us have nothing to further discuss on this topic.
-
Perhaps, but does that entitle you to condemning a whole generation of young people, along with all the teachers?
