Also MH is still big and there are many young people here who can't really know those 2005~2010 bands at all. 
 
Or look at "Robkun" who knows a hell of bands of 1990~2005. and he is kinda early 20ties? o.o @robkun

Overseas VK had their peak in 2005-2010. Would be really rare to meet someone in America who have heard of a VK band that started after 2010.

AvelCain/Karma, along with the Ains bands and such, have the bulk of their popularity in Latin and South America. The GazettE seems to have it's bulk of popularity in both Americas. Dir en Grey would span across North America and Europe, though there are a good amount of Latin American fans. 
The rest are mostly spread around all 3.
Whichever is the most popular? Split between GazettE and Dir en Grey. It's obvious. 
For NighingeiL, I don't see too many fans around, but Kon and Nao did preform in Los Angeles with Anti Feminism after having released Cell's first English single and holding a competition for who'd play support. So I'd say they have a growing California fanbase, probably

If VK bands sell stuff digitally then they also couldn't get people to buy 20 different types of a single just to get a few bonus songs, since they'd just buy the bonus songs separately.

Oh yeah I forgot about the rental hall. The ticket sales matter too. No sales = bands paying out of pocket to play. That's why a lot of bands with no fans play cyber, cause it's basically free. And If I remember, if they get bigger they owe a  debt to the club that let them play for free there too.
 
Yep you mean nothing to the band unless you can transfer money into their bank accounts or have a vagina that would love to get at. So send a DM with your price offerings if you have to. Some bandman do reply, some will outright ignore or block you.

Rarez are a thing because artists tend to jack off to the idea that people would spend more than what the release is actually worth, just so they can have it.

I've had a D'espairsRay video up for years and 0 complaints.
 
I've also had a Kiryu video up that has more plays than most of their official music videos, yet BP has said nothing to me.
