Same here.  But i don't think this is ever going to happen. It will be unfair to Kai and reita . People will start to blame ruki . But I think ruki can post an acoustic version on his instagram while he is playing guitar and singing.

When Flyleaf's album with I'm so Sick came out they managed to come out with acoustic performances that included all the members, so I'm sure they could work around this. *shrug*

The only problem I have with Traves vol2 is the production, God it sounds so bad

My only complaint about it was the lack of acoustic guitar in the beginning of Cassis, but I do like that they decided to end it without it fading out and just do Aoi's regular ending he usually does live.

Taion was pretty good, but I don't listen to it as often as the originals.

Interview or a session with his therapist? I wonder if things in the band have changed since then and if he's talked to the other members about how he feels. I had no idea Aoi was such a negative guy who thought so little of himself.

It's been a while, in a rock and read interview Uruha mentioned that Aoi got over it.

Dogma and ugly were recommended to lots of people by YouTube ( even non vk fans)

I read some comments on dogma and ugly.  Some new fans were asking for recommendations for similar songs to dogma and ugly from the gazette .

So I think they have gained about ( 5 to 10 ) new fans. Cause sure not all people will like visual kei. And not all people are into metal.

U can see some YouTube channels react to gazette videos.

They said they like how the band mixes different genres together and it's impressive.

There is this channel ( bald man)  he is a new fan he likes the gazette a lot.

And yeah I hope ruki let other members to participate in composing songs.  Not because ruki Is a bad composer.  But I would like them to participate more like old days . But we sure don't know about what is going on with them.  Maybe aoi and uruha they don't want to.  Or they don't have new ideas.  So I don't really know.  I can't judge something I know nothing about.  But I hope really ninth album to be strong.  Powerful and different.

But I read before that they compose every song together. I dunno if it's true or not.

And that deracine was composed by uruha.  And grudge . Wasteland  were composed by aoi.

Tomorrow never dies I don't think it's fan favorite. But maybe some fans like it.

It's not that Uruha doesn't want to, he does already. I'm talking about Reita and Kai, but maybe they don't care. It's Aoi who actually does, because they've talked about it before how he feels that his music doesn't shine in the GazettE. In his latest HERESY interview he mentions Ruki wanted something different for the NINTH, but when Aoi showed him what he did he would be like "Well, that's too different." It seems that no matter what Aoi brings to the table, it's shot down and it's a shame because he does compose great songs in my opinion.

It's part of the reason Aoi wanted to leave in the first place, that was around TOXIC/DIVISION.

TOMORROW NEVER DIES a fan favorite?

Lol, they really do have an odd taste in music

TOMORROW NEVER DIES is a fan favorite I believe because of the message. It's a song Ruki wrote for fans and encouraging them not to commit suicide, that it's not the answer even if life is hard. So I'm thinking that's part of the reason why people love it so much, even if the song itself isn't so great. At least two of my friends within the fandom have TOMORROW NEVER DIES tattooed on them.

Dogma is about to get 1m views on vevo

I hope their ninth album to be more powerful than dogma.

I like dogma but I want their new album to be better and different.

    I have one question.

Do I have to watch the whole video everytime I want to get them views?

I actually think they gained more fans because of dogma.

While DOGMA was good in it's own aspect, it's one of those albums that I feel is best heard LIVE. I didn't like the actual song DOGMA until I saw them in LA, and my friend didn't really like the album as a whole until she went to DOGMATIC-UN. I don't feel DOGMA caused them to gain any new fans at all, if at all it wasn't much. The fandom has always been pretty big.

Also NINTH was said to be DOGMA 2.0 which I hope isn't the case. Also I'm just really hoping that Aoi and the others got to compose songs on NINTH, rather it being just Ruki's vision.

The Forbes article he was tweeting about had to do with iTunes discontinuing their “iTunes LP” feature that barely anyone utilised; it was Apple’s attempt to make the digital music experience more interactive. RUKI went on to mourn the decline of the CD format. He’s worried about the future of music packaging because he’s clearly never heard of something called vinyl!

That makes more sense then. I wish the GazettE would do vinyl, but it'd be very expensive too. .__.

I barely use Itunes anymore unless I want to listen to stuff that isn't on my Spotify anyway. But I guess I do like the packaging in CD's too, I like to hold them in my hand and look at them-but that's just me.

I think the size of the band is irrelevant. I'm only proposing we do this with this one release to get some hard data on piracy, our impact, and our place in the scene (instead of hypothetical outcomes, since that is all we have available to us right now). No one in the scene has ever bothered to do something like this before, because there's always been a trade of new music for internet status. As long as one person in the scene thinks they can get net cred for being the first to share "NINTH", it will spread on the internet like wildfire. It doesn't need to be an international fan because the leaks can come from within Japan too! Even if the staff deletes links for the first two weeks, other sites don't have to do this, and I'm really not expecting every single blog and site out there to comply with my proposal. That would be madness. We have no control over anything not on MH.

You can consider yesterday's proposal a test of the patience and cooperation of the entire scene. Can we hold out for two weeks? Is piracy an everyday part of the scene that we must accept? Can we even survive as a scene if we're at a two week lag? As obvious as the answers may seem, we don't know for certain.

Unfortunately it'll always be an issue, it happened with BEAUTIFUL DEFORMITY came out where even the band noticed that links were being shared before the actual release date. Same as DOGMA.

I'm worried about what will happen, especially since Ruki tweeted last night about something with Apple and LP. Not sure what it said, but it might effect album sales?

I’ve had a Heresy membership for the past three years and to be honest I find it relatively cheap compared to other bands. I’m excited to see what they have in store for members during this new era. That being said, I think for what you pay for, you don’t get a whole lot out of it when it comes to their international fans. That’s to be expected.

On the topic of HERESY, we've gotten those emails warning us that those who are sharing leaked photos are going to possibly get the site shut down. Not sure if it'll effect the Domestic fans, but it'll definitely effect the international fans and we don't get a lot other than their radio and a few photos.

I no longer care about what they think of the gazette.  For me the gazette is the best band . Their live performances are perfect .powerful . Full of energy.  Whether they like it or not.  Haters gonna hate anyway. 😏

The whole dogmatic Final tour was perfect my friend she doesn't like the gazette I sent to her deracine live she said I have to admit their live is just beyond perfection . I like Lucy and abyss as well

If people don't like the GazettE however, it's because they aren't very impressed with their sound and that's okay. Even veteran fans lose interest and decide that their music isn't for them, but it shouldn't effect how you like them. It's not that they're 'haters', it's just that the GazettE's style isn't what they like and they voice their dislike as a form of critique. (Fans do this too, it's totally normal.)

Also there are trolls who try to get a rise out of fans by saying mean shit, but you shouldn't pay attention to them like others have stated before.

  11. Yeah I've learned that not everyone is going to like the GazettE, and I'm fine with that. Personally I think they sound great live, Ruki's vocals has been sounding good especially on the ABYSS/LUCY DVD, but that's just my general opinion.

  12. Aoi always says stuff like that, so sometimes it has some sort of sad undertone to it since a lot of times when he brings a song to the table the others sort of turn it down. He stated in his last HERESY interview that Ruki said he wanted something different so that's what he did, and then Ruki was like "Oh, well that's too different."

Jeez, out of all the albums he’s mastered you singled out that one?!

Well, taken the fact that I got this rumor from another fan and I'm not familiar with Josh Wilbur to begin with, then yeah I guess it would make sense that I singled that out?

I'm sorry if I don't seem smart in that area I guess. *shrug*

  14. There's a rumor that Josh Wilbur, who mastered CROOKED TEETH by Papa Roach, also had a hand in mixing this new song/album. I'm wondering if that's true, if it is, it'll be interesting to see what the final product will sound like.

This makes me not want to listen to the album even more. I don't see any point in changing old songs.

Uruha [or was it Ruki] said it's fine to enjoy the old songs, but they wanted to try out their new techniques on these and correct some things they felt were wrong with it. It's not for everyone, but honestly I really like the album.

Cassis has always been my favorite ballad, but I liked what they did in the new one. I do enjoy both versions though.

  16. Kagrra, was my first visual Kei band. When I heard of their disbandment, I was devastated. And then Isshi's death, well I couldn't believe it....

I had friends who were certain he committed suicide, but I wasn't sure and didn't want to talk about it. :l

  17. I really loved Riku back with Phantasmagoria and followed him over to Chariots. However, I'm a terrible fan because I was certain that they were disbanded for good for the longest time. So I'm happy that they're at least making new music, hopefully they're good. I've been meaning to listen to more visual kei bands again so this will be a nice start for me.
