素晴らしきこの世界へ SOUNDS SO GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's not exactly about the music itself, but I am growing tired of the people who say that every band should go in a heavier (a.k.a. 'br00tal') direction. I believe the majority of the current bands already cannot exist without screaming vocalists — leave the clean-singing ones as they are, please.

Somewhere deep inside it sickens me that our generation (Y or Z, the hell I know) "relearned" to dance and trample on the graves of those whom we would deem to be either "evil" or anything descriptive akin to opposite opinions, opposing ideals et cetera. Just where exactly is this humane sensibility these days?
 
We are becoming caricatures of someone or something that we are criticizing, bluntly speaking. "Oh yes, he died like a Hitler scum he is"? Congratulations, you played yourself - your failure and demise will also induce this "hitler scum" rhetoric and activity from those who reasonably loathe you.
 
We cannot  lump any representative of humankind into "lower tier" based on our superficial perceptions or other opinionated position. No moral high ground here - either ignore or console when hearing or meeting someone's demise, nothing else is needed. Tumblr and any other commune won't state this - your reality will.
 
Monsters do not exist but their existence will be enabled in us if we do not get rid of this toxic mentality sooner or later. Not even words could describe how many faces I have seen , I have respected earlier, but have eventually hit a new low by embracing aforementioned, despicable behavior.
 
Just some honest thoughts from me. MH may need some of this while it stands still among forgotten J-rock realms.

omggg i feel so bad for the other 4 members T_T it's a legitimate reason yet i can't help but feel he could have dealt with this better than texting the staff his intentions then proceed to refuse all attempts to contact him. the band deserves better.

While "Panic Panic!" was an alright single for me, "Poison Chocolate" is awesome. I especially love 素晴らしきこの世界へ. ;w; It's been stuck on repeat. xD

i'll only get my cds tmr so i haven't heard their new single... I CANNOT WAIT. and 素晴らしきこの世界へ is apparently fuma's favorite song off this single so i'm especially excited to hear that one
 
i can totally understand why the change in their music direction (if you could call it that) wouldn't be palatable to some fans. to be fair that was a huge concern the band had as well. i remember keiya saying how torn he was when they decided to try something knew cos he wasn't sure if the fans can accept it. ultimately i think the main 'payoff' for their new sound comes through most clearly at lives, and it's difficult to judge songs like panic panic and poison chocolate without having seen them live, esp. with all the audience participation elements. i mean, even before panic panic, listening to Paradise Dance on record was NOTHING like experiencing it live. the energy of the entire livehouse moving in sync + how good keiya is at hyping the crowd up is quite mind blowing. the recent music only lifts that to a higher level.
 
i'm not sure what i feel about the 2 recent PVs still, since ordinarily they would def be too cheesy for me (and like, the reason i actually love them is because of my ridiculously intense bias for the band LOL). but i found that if i listen without watching the pv, the sound actually doesn't deviate too much from some of the stuff they had before? it's still the same sound effects, the same catchy choruses, the same signature purple stone hooks etc. and then there's also the lyrics aspect. it's understandable that their recent output is easy to dismiss as 'non-serious' and 'playful' music but actually fuma kinda detests 'paripi' music (basically superficial, thoughtless party/clubbing music) lol. he's said time and again in interviews and talkshows that his job is to try and neutralize the capriciousness of their sound by writing lyrics that gives substantial depth to the songs. that doesn't mean that his lyrics are preachy or inscrutable - it just means there's more to their music than meets the eye so like, there's something for everyone, assuming you can access everything: recorded music, live experience, lyrics, interviews/blogs/tweets, and so on. anyway fuma just seems to be a super intelligent person from the stuff he writes/says haha. he twitcasts A LOT (almost every night) so pls just drop by and say hi even if you dunno what he's saying
 
oh and a slight digression: their new single seems to be selling quite well! i ordered from 3 different shops for fun this time and both like an edison and jishuban have sold out their first press (so they're waiting on stock). i checked cdjapan and it seems to be the same there. little hearts and zeal link have limited stock left.

I didn't like their new single at first. Actually I hated it! But it's starting to grow on me. 
 
If if their next release isn't a mini album or more I swear ill punch them each in the face 

PS: The only thing that I admit even though I hate him as a person is that it is a good bass player.. I appreciated his work in Gotcharocka.. really do not know yet how he manages to be a musician though! should reject it in each band for everything he has done.. I also know (though I think it is a rumor) that at the time of Sugar (his ex band before he join Gotcharocka) has had problems with the singer, which are also taken into fights D: but I have no confirmation.
 
PS.S: Sorry for the off-topic!

I knew that he was a piece of sh*t, he left the band under the guise of "personal problems / family / inability of being able to play bass with them" etc. etc. and the following week was already part of another band.. ( no VK)
