If you want serious advice: Go to Closet Child in Harajuku and buy them, if you want stuff from older bands or not so popular ones you can pick up used ones for like 50yen, since a lot of fans sell the ones they get of bandmen they aren't "following"... they have huge stacks of cheki there.

Buy a polaroid camera and some film and start taking photos. If it's pictures of bandmen you want, google pics and take a picture of your screen.
