If you want serious advice: Go to Closet Child in Harajuku and buy them, if you want stuff from older bands or not so popular ones you can pick up used ones for like 50yen, since a lot of fans sell the ones they get of bandmen they aren't "following"... they have huge stacks of cheki there. 

that's the thing, i'm not in japan :< that's why i said "besides lives", because i can't go there to get cheki. thanks, tho, i'll keep that place in mind for the future

It's difficult since cheki generally are just a way to support the band and get a small memento in return. It's essentially just supposed to be a "thank you" for giving them money, so selling them outside of lives where someone else will take a cut of the cash wouldn't really make sense for them.

Your best bet sadly is to get someone to go to the lives for you then.
