Face masks are only sort of effective anyway,

my parents would never wear one and they love to spread anything around the house.

Also when they are not sick, they love love to though anything with their dirty hands etc.

Love to lick any food from a spoon and then using the spoon again, or putting in a finger...

I and my brother are pretty much "fear of stains"  of our parents xD

But to get get from the flu, is to have a good condition and even if you need to puke, EAT EAT EAT anything you can. Any food what stays inside (for a while) helps you to recover.  

considering the incubation period of the flu you may end up having it before you realize someone else is sick
