u complain about 2 weeks, i ordered a package from Amazon DE over a month ago and it still hasnt arrived lmao

2 weeks is pretty standard for ordering packages from Japan, isn't it?
at least with the cheap option but you can usually expedite orders or w/e for like $4-$10ish

yall are misconstruing this and understandably so. i ordered via amazon jp & dhl delivered my package. in the past, i had no problems with them whatsoever.

however, when they first came to deliver my package, i wasn't home, so they left - they did NOT leave a slip or a tag, or any indication that a delivery attempt was made. so i had no idea what was going on; i looked at the tracking of my package and it basically said it was delayed due to issues with the carrier... I didn't understand it. bear in mind that this actually happened TWICE and i had no idea, other than what i saw on the tracking. when i contacted amazon jp about it, they basically gave me dhl's phone number; if i didn't call that number within a week or so, then dhl would take back my packages even tho THEY fucked up... i called that number and they asked me if there was anything that was possibly blocking the delivery, such as construction, gates, dogs, etc.

there was no specific reason why my package was constantly getting delayed and it wasn't until TODAY when i finally caught the delivery guy as he was about to leave my property with my packages AGAIN and he finally told me that a signature was required to get my package. after all this time, i finally got the answers i needed, and if i had gotten this earlier then this wouldn't have escalated into such a big mess.

never am i ordering from amazon jp EVER AGAIN.
