A universal truth about visual kei is that it is forever changing. The tiniest of bands can grow into an influential force given a few years, the largest of bands can end a legacy with one tweet, and there's an ever-growing catalog of unique and defunct bands lost to time whose talents will never be truly replicated. However, since nothing is original anymore, I'd love to see someone try their hand at it. I've listed a total of five bands or musicians who at one point had a unique, definitive sound I'd love to see come back.

lmao i was her lj friend and i still hear from her once in a blue moon on twitter. she was definitely a hugely c*nty ladder climber on lj tho (so was i tbf...)
i was also lj friends w/ the girl who ripped off Aki from SID's necklace when they came abroad. lj was great and when it died so did all these wonderful pieces of history ;_;

Hitomi returns with a new band, saving art-kei. Soan will post vague, hateful tweets about it like the stupid baby he is. Temari forms a new band after his Yoru Project is over. MEJIBRAY disbands due to a scandal involving Tsuzuku. Soan's project flops. Soan goes to jail. Soan joins ISIS. chariots will find middling success, but will stick around anyway. I will kiss Riku on the lips. Kaya will join Starwave Records. DEZERT disbands because Chiaki is nuts. Kyouka's new band will disband. Iori will form another band, possibly with Kaya. Datura will become decently popular in Japan, much to the chagrin of MH, where they'll be mostly mocked a la MEJIBRAY. Karma will return, but it won't be zetsubou-kei. -

their kaisan oshirase blog tweet got like 300 retweets, which seems pretty low i think even more flop bands got more attention on theirs LOL. more people are inclined to tweet members' selfies rather than to spread their disbanding notice, so this is kind of hilarious. even for a band with mostly netgya i don't think anyone cares about their music LOLOL. this is why u dont fill ur band with hotties cuz it'll flop they would have flopped anyway but thats none of my business cuz they suck wink wink

my predictions
- Yohio goes big. Like actual big time. Like oricon charting big time.
- Xaa-Xaa goes major.
- DEZERT goes major.
- Asagi finally cuts his losses and goes solo, D disbands.
- NoGod, Keel, Gotcharocka and Nue disband.
- Moi Dix Mois drops the album and it's surprisingly good.
- Kaito and Shinnosuke, the two most unique vk vocalists of the past decade, will return and it will be beautiful.
- Shazna returns, (Izam runs out of money).
- Rentrer en Soi returns - however it's just Satsuki and Shun. It's not good.
- Kisaki dodges his taxes again, gets investigated. He deletes his twitter three times.
- The X Japan album surprisingly appears, but with only 3 unreleased songs.
- Plastic Tree takes a break. Ryutaro drops another album. It's ......ok.
