Looks like the vocalist and guitarist from DIV, Chisa and Shogo, are back with a new band, アクメ/ACME! Their social media handles (Instagram, etc.) appear to have been updated to reflect the new band name.

I actually like Ryoga, he can do some serious cool stuff with his voice (ANOTHER is a beast of a song that he nails so hard, for example) What I meant was more about the style of composition in some bits of their songs. Taking LIQUID VAIN for example, the chorus is completely born-ish. that's when I think they lack the most, and also believe it's where probably there's more imput of the other members besides Kouryu. Then listen to the first/main verse and riffs. NOW THAT'S Kouryu as fuck. This longer preview sounds excellent, besides the HORRIBLE chorus that drags the song down so hard. Ryoga screams are really on point, the instrumentals are all packing some punch (besides the flat equalization someone mentioned before), but that chorus is a cold shower

It's like Deathgaze came back with different members. I'm glad Ai didn't give up.

Dead Inside sounds good, Scarred Die sounds okay, and I literally can't believe the third song is actually for real a Deathgaze cover. 

I think it's just a spot from their recent trip to Germany. They did the same type of low-budget PV when they did their European tour back in 2014; just a bunch of shots of them walking through the streets lol

Starting in August, they will hold a series of live shows based on the twelve apostles (so, 12 events total), in which each of their session bands will perform. Chobi's lineup(s) has not yet been determined.

If arche had performed worse than expected, I imagine there'd be more pressure to release new stuff than just tour to bolster income.
 
I don't think fan thirst has gone anywhere... After they gave up the VK thing, the fans that have remained are pretty ride or die at this point. Dir could release an album of Kyo farting instead of growling/singing and I doubt their sales would tip much lol.

they just don't go the same route as other bands announcing "D≠ee will go on hiatus from Feb., 15 to August, 21, best-off collection still available @ selected tower records stores!!", and it's not the first album they're cooking for longer than expected.

Interestingly enough, it seems like quite a few current indies VK dudes made it a point to be at the show.
