      It also takes forever to connect to my phone via bluetooth and sometimes the track I was listening to gets hijacked by saved mp3s, which is a major pain in the ass. I think it also ruined one of my CDs.

      Do you have an old car? I had to install mine in the shop, and it was quite expensive. I'm gonna try to play with the EQ but it doesn't make much difference from my experience with this radio, I might just as well buy one online 😑
