I think this has a lot to do with how many musicians have been actually getting in these awful kinds of situations (ex: Kentz recovering from his almost fatal condition, and returning to music. Bansaku's disappearance) that feels the need to throw himself in that category as well. Basically so everyone can think "wow..he's dedicated,going through all that then going back to music in such a short time" when in all likely hood he could've been sitting eating Cheetos or w.e. this whole time.

I mean early one month coughing up blood, and mid/late the same month performing again, backs up these suspicions. I mean why else would he need to grab stock photos other than for attention?
