Any pointers how to clean the CD-case after removing a sticker from it?

  Cotton with nail polish remover.
  I used to remove some old stickers from my window.

  What Yakihiko said worked well for me in the past. Usually best thing to do is use a hairdryer to heat the sticker and remove it first, then clean it if you need to.
