I can't put it as eloquently as some of you guys did, so here's a short list of random memory fragments:

BUCK-TICK's song GALAXY reminds me of a particularly good new year's eve party, tho at the same time reminds me of my girlfriend at the time and how everything was so good (obviously I'm single now), so you can say it's a kind of ambivalently bittersweet and/or melancholic feel.

I bought the Smile album by Boris while on a trip in Scotland, so listening to it (especially the more moody and droning tracks) makes me recall the slightly chilly and rainy days my family and I spent there, the long drives looking at the awesome green hills and mountain scenery while raindrops beat against the car windows.

Listening to Merry's Peep Show album always makes me remember the awesome time I had on my first "let's go to another country and see a gig!" type of journey when me and a bunch of friends went to Germany by train to see Merry's concert. Fun times, even despite the br00tal train ride, lol.

Jigsaw9 got a reaction from Umi_Niwa in What do (or did) your parents listen to?
My dad likes old country music (ewww xD) and blues for the most part but also has some Pink Floyd, Queen and David Bowie in his vinyl collection. Both him and my mom enjoy listening to Shania Twain and Anastacia from the more contemporary artists. Oh, and random Hungarian bands kind of in the alternative pop and/or jazz-pop spectrum, such as:

Jigsaw9 reacted to Rize in MEJIBRAY - 醜詠 (Shuuei)
1 醜詠 - The song is starting with some heavy-darkish sound. It gives me some creepo-vibe. I kinda like that w
The screams by Tsuzuku makes the song goes totally nuts. MiA's solo parts is finally doing some show again! It's great!
The way Tsuzku is singing is like full of emotions: sorrow/pain/miserableness, idk,
almost can't describe it, but deifintely some catchy song!

2 月食 - This song has some mysterical sounds in it, it feels like they use some special tunes from some culture in it.
There are a few parts with autotune, but this definitely doesn't sound bad! In fact, it's great! Because the song is totally heavy and it goes totally well with Tsuzuku's vocals and his amazingly screams. For me this song is pretty okay. ^^

3 嫉妬 - My favorite song on this single! It's starting off with a piano sound! Since I totally loved Emily, this song is definitely my favorite. Although I don't understand the lyrics, I can feel lots of Tsuzuku's emotions in this song. The title of the song is translated as ''Jealousy'' so... I kinda get the ''unfair'' feelings in this song. It makes me curious about the full translation of the lyrics.

So what did you guys think of the latest MEJI' offering?

Personally, I quite like it! Their previous effort - A Priori - in this 3-piece single campaign didn't really hit the spot (tho it had some nice and unique ideas but failed a bit overall) but this one really exceeded my expectations. The title track is okay-ish and not bad but nothing special. What has the most charm for me is Gesshoku, and to a lesser extent Shitto. At first when the former song started I was skeptical upon hearing that repetitive (kinda cheap) guitar riff but they won me over with all the little interesting "exotic" sounding bits and pieces and catchiness that they incorporated into the track. Following this, the last track may seem less interesting but it's a really solid poppy rock tune (with lovely outro guitars no less). I feel that they are widening their musical horizons slowly, and it's working out well for them (well, for me anyway, lol). Nicely done!

    | cool single with catchy tracks, a winner!

BUCK-TICK: they have a big catalogue of diverse styles, and they pull (almost) everything off equally well. Plus, I think their style has enough in common with Western alternative stuff (but also lots of uniqueness) for first-time listeners not to be put off.

I don't care about credits, I think it's pretty laughable. If I upload something I'm not entitled to anything, it's just some other people's music that I happened to buy and share. I'm okay with whichever (reposting or reupping) since it makes no difference to me (I already own the stuff, so xD) - tho for longevity and bigger exposure to the release in question, it's better if people reuploaded the given file: more links means an increased possibility of actually being able to download something instead of seeing the same dead link over and over again everywhere.
