^ Yeah, I kinda miss the prevalent guitars too - though I'm not too fond of their old stuff nowadays, I like the era ranging from Houyoku to Kyuutai best. When they only had those old albums I liked them, but these newer ones have more stuff for me to sink my teeth into.

LOL, don't tell me people still expect this? By now it should be obvious they just do what they feel like. Sure, I don't like Karma either that much, but it had some cool moments. Mucc is one of those bands that I'll listen to/try their new stuff whenever they release something because they seem like an honest and interesting bunch. ...with that said I'm half curious/half scared of this new song, but looking forward to hearing it in good quality!

^ Cool that you got interested in them! They're great. If you're a new listener then I recommend their most recent album METAMORPHOSIS. But their other, old albums are cool too (if you're into more '80s metal/proto-visual stuff).

By the way, Imai has blogged that they had some sort of shoot (PV shoot or photo shoot? it isn't specified), and that they are in the process of recording something (he mentions 2 songs so far). I'm starting to think that the October 21 announcement might be the announcement of a new release...

^ LOL yeah, I heard about them sometimes forgetting stuff. I never had such experiences with them so far though. Actually, just in case, I always write an e-mail to them a few days before the release date asking something trivial/anything about that item, then they 100% won't forget to ship it (this "tactic" was succesful so far ).

If my memory serves right, then this JrockTV shop is kinda fishy... I think a lot of people were complaining on their message board that whatever they ordered didn't arrive and the shop didn't pay back the money either and were uncommunicative towards the customers. This is only based on a hazy 1-2 year old memory of mine, but I think it was this shop. I recall browsing for LAB. THE BASEMENT stuff and I was surprised to find them...then I read the feedback on their forums just in case, and there I saw the flood of complaints. Of course the forum section of the shop seems to be down now....hmm how convenient, lol. In short: I wouldn't trust them.

Okay, so it turned out that the "2 new songs" are basically just different versions of the same song: - 暗中浪漫 (Anchuu Roman) - 暗中浪漫～BL編～ (Anchuu Roman～BL-hen～) Honestly, I'm looking forward to that future album more than this single.
