Welcome popalopa! Just out of curiosity, what bands are you into? Hope you enjoy your time here.

I've only ever been to Anime USA in Washington DC to see Versailles. The overall con experience was both better AND worse than I could have imagined. There was a big sales room with a great selection of lots of hard-to-obtain (that is, without the help of the internet) anime/ other Japanese goods. It was pretty spectacular and you don't have to be a "weaboo" to find at least something cool you like. Other than buying souvenirs (and seeing Versailles!), however, the place was a jungle. Seeing people's childish behavior and the way they interacted with each other was... quite an experience. Unless a band I likes comes to another con, I don't think I'd go to one again.

Dry as dust is currently rocking my indie socks. I love them! The high pitched vocals are what I'm all about. Not to mention, their music seems to be a great mix of catchy and mathy technical stuff. They seem so young though! Se6SeK4JLd0 cuj-mcLBwK4 EK4WFJm2L10 PS: their albums are on US iTunes!

Was there ever any other information on this? Like a title or tracklist? Also, "recording" keeps popping up on their blogs, as well as this: ２ヶ月連続CD先行発売。 That means they're planning a 2 month consecutive release, right? Hope so, that would be nice!

Maybe instead of "The Piano", a focus on another instrument??

Nemesis is really one of my favorite bands now, but I stumbled on another Korean band that seems to fit this style. QBOStNcdjTI It's a bit repetitive, but I enjoyed it. Anyone here happen to be a fan of 이브(EVE)?

Something with a distinct "Japanese" feel like Kiryu, Kaggra, etc. If I can only show one band, it might as well be something they wouldn't hear in other music.

I think it's really funny that on their website, the album is called an "EROTIC ALBUM" (as opposed to a mini-album or full-album, that is). Anyway, I don't know why I try anymore, but I'll probably give the tracks a youtube listen at some point.

I think the chorus is the best part, but they've got some potential to be a pretty good VK pop-rock band. Keeping an eyeball on them.
