    I'm still trying to process this.  His music has helped me through so many tough times, helped me form my own identity, and given me the courage to seek what I want out of both my situation and myself.  His music was a part of me at more than just the level of enjoyment, it became the beat that drove me through my day.

    The absolute best concert experience I've ever had was in seeing Seikima II and Inugami Circus-Dan at A-kon in Dallas, TX in 2011.  Seikima II was on their 25th anniversary tour with stops in Tokyo, Paris, and....A-kon.  (an anime convention)

    Biopanda and I got to sit front row, and......it was just magical.  We saw them the next day as they were doing autographs, and we got a poster signed.  I talked to Demon Kogura for a second too.

    How are people liking the look of the OP?  I tried to make it easier to read and not just WALL OF TEXT.  Any suggestions for aesthetics of things to mention?

    We are the largest internationally-based store for used Japanese Rock and visual kei music.     Digital copies:

    Along with any cassette/VHS purchases, we offer high-quality digital copies made with professional-grade equipment free-of-charge. We realize that not everyone has the means to play these aging formats, but we aim not to let that get in the way of you being able to enjoy them! In an effort to make sure that buying goes smoothly, all items added will have the digital copies ready before addition so that packages can be shipped out on the next business day.

    We decided start a new program last year, namely livestreaming auctions.  We unbox giant orders we've had shipped in from Japan, and let people bid on the rarest of the rarez using our automated bidding system.

     

    With few exceptions, our livestreams are Saturday and Sunday on the 2nd and 3rd weekends of every other month. (January, March, etc)  Concerned about shipping costs?  We’ll hold your items from the first weekend, combine them with those from the second weekend, and ship everything out together.  

     

    Invoices will be sent out after each weekend, and payment via PayPal is due within 3 days of the invoice.  Pay for the item only after the 1st weekend, then the 2nd weekend’s invoice will contain a shipping quote as well.  Orders are shipped off within 3 days of the last day of streaming provided payment has been received.

    Please email me at [email protected] with how much shipping will be to have you two swap the CDs so I can paypal you the shipping. Regardless of if RarezHut is at fault, regardless of whether we have money to spare or not, I believe that providing good customer service is an essential and wholly non-optional part of running a business. This includes customer support after a sale is made.

    While we are only two people (and for the physical parts such as ripping and shipping, only Biopanda) and do not have the infrastructure of companies such as Puresound or Amazon, it is our objective to not use this as an excuse and to continue to implement as many world-class strategies and techniques as possible. (six sigma, poka-yokes, etc) It's not an instantaneous process, and the occasional error will occur, but continual improvement is something that we firmly believe in. While we cannot always control errors such as what happened here, we can correct rather than ignore them.

    RarezHut package.

    I got a copy of GACKT's "OASIS", instead of a copy of "鶺鴒～seki-ray～" — Confused.

    And the disappointment of the broken plastic slipcase on the Aliene Ma'riage box. I asked if it could've been packed up between sets of cardboard so this could have been prevented, but I suppose my request wasn't heard.

    Where/When did you ask about packing the Aliene box? I checked my emails and MH PMs, and I didn't see anything from you. If it was just mentioned in the stream, I very well probably missed it as I'm typing away like a madwomen then.

    The Gackt CD swap was Panda's fault, he accidentally mixed up. I'm sending you a refund for it, feel free to keep Oasis as we goofed.

    13 hours until the bloody battle royale begins! Who will claim victory over their quarry? Who will be left in the dust only to watch their prize go to another? Hearts will be broken, victors will be crowned, and wills will be broken and forged anew.

    I've got some bad news for you all this morning. We are going to have to cancel the stream for today. We went to a seafood restaurant last night, and Matt (Panda) appears to have gotten food poisoning. We were waiting until the morning to cancel in hopes that he felt better, but it doesn't look that way.

    We are still set to stream tomorrow (Sunday) though. We had a lot of special items planned for the entire weekend, so now expect a metric ton of awesome crammed into one day. What I'm trying to say is, you won't want to miss tomorrow.

    (We're hoping to do Sunday as well, it's just a matter of if we can get enough things ripped and ready in time. As some of you know, we are having to find a new apartment rather quickly and have been unexpectedly busy the past few days. We are really trying to make this stream as successful as possible since the sales this weekend are helping pay deposit and the higher rent.)
