There was like one tweet from them when the CD was released.  It isn't really insulting in anyway to the band.
Also some of the Gosan guys were Ptons former bandmates.... lol
 
There were more threats and insults from other bands fans. They KNOW this is always coming,  but issued a statement, that they will continue to do parodies and that they are themselves VK fans. I was super surprised they announced an R-shitei parody.  I know they are all really hughe fans and want to do a parody, but the Mamogya are something different. Lol. And the predicted death-threats came.
 
R-shitei and The Raid. Have also officially posted that there are funny parodies of their songs... so I guess Kaitou is mostly save from the bandoman perspective. (The labels act differently....)

Well, Masato sided a bit with Gosan in stating that it is rude to eat someone else's picture when they mostly paid for the venue. Lol. I agree in principle, but with the "shi-ne mathilda!" Well... that's anything but adult.
 
But I guess since the other gosan guys were in Ptons previous band and they were allowed to do a parody... he can't say: oh, what jackasses!
 
He also said once that he won't do rankings of VK that's bad, cause that would be rude

And awwwwwww.... Raika is so awkward cute! It is hard to describe otherwise. I just watched the bonus DVD from Edison and it's mostly them promoting their upcoming oneman lives and Raika being adorkable... This guy is so shy/cute/awkward! It's killing me!!!!!

I think Masato is pure evil with a sweet innocent smile. He is clever, but stupid when he wants to. So I think he's cool!
 
Pton is the gag guy and exaggerating a lot, but he is kind and will take his time for the fans to reply and listen to my broken japanese... even encouraging me to take my time to speak.
 
Jewly is just super talkative and seems like a nice guy, but he has the pervert image! 😏 So he made a good impression on me, too. He talked really a lot with me.... hahaha 
 
And Raika is just too shy and cute..... adorkable.... awwwwwwwww.....
 
Zowi was so adult and cool and cared so much about his fans! I love that! I also respect it a lot that he is still active on twitter.  I would have been sad if he disappeared without a trace....

You really have to wonder, after the early 10's where he was doing solo / Kuroyume / Sads all at the same time, and the subsequent fallout of the kuroyume brand/licensing, that none of his decisions are being made on artistic merits anymore. He pretty much whored out the kuroyume name and, effectively, it went bankrupt from bad deals or promises he couldn't deliver.

Do you think kiyoharu / his management are getting as lucrative advances and deals like he did in the 00s where he was cranking out solo albums once or twice a year and countless A-B-C type singles (thanks Avex!) ? He doesn't have the marketability anymore...he released the last single through live shows and has consistently always tried to pump up live ticket sales by offering live-only CD releases. That's more money directly to him.

And as much as I love his solo rhythmless work, it almost feels like he couldn't, or didn't want to pay a full band to back him up in his solo act. The rhythmless setup allows him to be a lean himself + 2 other people. And  when he does full band solo shows, gone are the 30-40 song setlists which in the past was quite an amazing feat. Long setlists cost rehearsal time or money and instead he's doing more normal 20-something song setlists. That Rhythmless residency from last year or the year before usually means an artist wants to earn with consistent gigs without having to travel and tour like crazy. And he shut down his official website last year...I mean...who shuts down a website with over 15 years of history/brand recognition for a website that isn't even maintained and updated!?! https://www.kiyoharu.tokyo/pre/

So this Sads hiatus, mere months after starting up again, doesn't surprise me...sounds like another head-scratcher in the long line questionable moves.
