Kyo's official website was launched just after the end of live at Tokyo Dome.
There's announcement about the release of a photobook titled 『失格/disqualification』『for the human race』
I hope we get to hear more news soon!!!!

florida has been having dihydrogen monoxide flowing in their taps since my middle school science teacher told me about it. im sure there are more pressing matters. for instance, what about that "florida man" that's been running around terrorizing the community?

Two albums from Bo Ningen and an iTunes EP.

I never really got into D'espairsRay, actually. Or well...never actually bothered to try them decently. I was speaking with Zess and SUBLIMINAL about it yesterday and both recommended me Coll:set. Anything else I should try in the early stages, or maybe stuff I should skip?
Personally I enjoyed Gothic, Genwaku, and Kumo - all early EP's. Don't expect to find the most brilliant quality downloads, though.
Mirror (their second album) was actually not bad at all. I actually prefer it over Coll:set in some ways.
Just whatever you do, definitely skip Redeemer.

Wow, even the photoshoot is similar . . .
Honestly, I don't like the preview in any shape or form.

@Aion: The Cinema Staff singles came out in mid-February. It was like a double-single release thing. I bought them so I don't know where to download them.
-
I'm not gonna go by your format since I haven't listened to much, lol.
So far . . . I enjoyed Cinema Staff's new singles. They weren't as awesome as last year's releases, but hopefully we'll have something slightly more promising material on the upcoming album. Gunbridge's Dispel the Evil was great. I love that Yama-B re-recorded some of his older Gunbridge songs.
I thought the cab's new album was "okay" as opposed to completely terrible. You are absolutely correct about the no-memorable songs thing, haha. Sugizo's Vesica Pisces was another one I only moderately enjoyed - but I guess I'm just not into that sort of music.
-
I too dislike both of the new projects they are in. They are both "okay" with Angelo probably being a bit better.
-
I love the distortion and the punk-ish feel of this song. The name of the band misled me a bit - I was completely expecting something else. First, the bassist is fucking bad ass - I can't get enough of him. The vocalist reminds me a lot of Gendo Takebayashi from Cowpers/Spiral Chord, I almost thought it was him at first. Overall, it's a cool song, but nothing particularly epic.
(Great thread btw)
This song has just been in my head all day. . .:/

What promo?
Oh, the one someone posted on the previous page.
Sorry, I went way off topic because I wasn't paying attention to what page I was on, lol.
-
New promo looks painfully VK-ish. They do look beautiful tho.
-
dang, new sample reminds me a lot of the direction MUCC went with shion
I'M FEELIN IT
That was my exact thoughts! God, that was ages ago. . .
The whole song sounds freaking gorgeous, wow.

So far as I know, just:
Cinema Staff - new album in May
Diru - no comment needed
Blindman - they promised a summer album with re-recorded old songs that were on now out-of-print releases
Violet UK - I hope, Yoshiki said they would so . . .
-
Sounds awesome so far!
-
Oh my god, this makes me really happy.

Welcome!

Okay . . .
Kimonos - s/t album (Mukai and Leo Imai's band from like three years ago)
Boris - The Thing which Solomon Overlooked Deluxe Boxset (I cried for four hours)

The site looks really cool imo (but really hard to navigate on my browser for some reason). I do admit, that I had a good little chuckle when I read his [Me, Myself, and I]. It reminded me of an emo kid's MySpace "about me." That's Kyo, alright!
Really looking forward to what he's planning though.
