  1. 1) Vinyl-only releases

    2) Overuse of eye glitter/gems/stickers (applies to visual kei)

    3) Taking YEARS to release a promised album and the final product ends up being mostly shitty self-covers

    4) Not disbanding after sucking for a certain period of time

    I'm sure I'll come up with more later . . .

  2. I know Korn, lol! Too bad I'm not all that crazy about them, they're alright.

    U2 - I Fall Down

    Andymori - スーパーマンになりたい

    Gackt - death wish

    D'espairsRay - Death Point

    Dir en grey - 蜷局

The Beatles - She Came in Through the Bathroom Window

SUGIZO - Tell Me Why Not Psychedelia

Grand Slam - Sympathy with the Suit Man

    Color - Purple Carpet

    Kuroyume - Autism ~自閉症~

Wow, this ended up being a fucking awesome list, but that particular Dir en grey song has all of these topped by far. . .

  3. Nice, 2NE1. xD The only other artist I know is L'arc and I've never heard that song from them. The Huckleberry Finn vocalist has an interesting voice.

    B'z - 消えない虹

    Melt-Banana - Sonic Turtle

    Sunsgrind - Escape

Whitesnake - Help Me Thro' the Day

    Gackt - Last Song

    andymori - 彼女

    Cinema Staff - her method

    Guitar Wolf - Sparkle Baby

Fleetwood Mac - Go Your Own Way

    KISS - Black Diamond

Oh wow, this is a really tough list. I picked the B'z song because it has a lot of sentimental value to me; a really good ballad.

  4. I love CD's, but only of artists I really love. Even then, I usually only bother purchasing the limited edition releases or full albums, with the exception of an artist that only releases minis/singles or has a particularly cheap mini/single. I mainly enjoy being able to rip my shit in the quality or format I desire without waiting for others to upload it, especially in the case of rarer artists that hardly anyone uploads or don't sell their music digitally. The package itself is also a bonus, but it's becoming less and less of an attractive factor as more and more artists are starting to print paper sleeve CD cases with no lyric books or pictures.

For artists I'm indifferent about or for singles/minis, I usually don't mind just settling for the iTunes/Amazon download or getting it through file-sharing sites.

  5. I was going to list a bunch out, but I realized that most of my mistakes have mainly been consequences of the central mistake that I am too afraid of conflict and I will do anything just to make people happy or pleased with me. I know love is all about compromise and sacrifice, but I later realized that actions done in love shouldn't always be based on guilt, fear, or pressure.

I also crush heavily on people who end up having appalling personalities (basically, cold-hearted assholes) or who actively dislike me, especially if they are very physically attractive. I end up going through these big spiraling feelings of self-hatred and anger for days and even weeks over this kind of thing.

  6. I don't listen to any of those artists very much myself, but that's some great selection of metal.

    Luna Sea - Wish

    Exclaim - Jerk or Bullshit

    MUCC - ココロノナイマチ

    Molly Hatchet - Bounty Hunter

    Loudness - Milky Way

    Sigh - Midnight Sun

    Boris - Akirame Flower

    Andymori - Hikari

    Madonna - Borderline

    Versailles - Ascendead Master

A bunch of great artists on here, but there's no way I can pass up a Luna Sea classic.

  7. I never understood the level of hate for REDEEMER. Sure it has some of their weakest tracks such as HORIZON and 夜空, but I also thought it had some of their best like PARADOX 5 and R.E.M-冬の幻聴-. It's definitely their most inconsistent album and overall I'd consider it a step down compared to their previous work but that doesn't change the fact that there are some fantastic individual tracks on it, it definitely has higher points than MONSTERS at least.

Eh, tbqh I personally don't hate it for the same reasons you have stated.

I just usually don't recommend it for people trying the band for the first time, as those couple of weak tracks usually seem to turn people off from my experience. :P
