I've never hated the gazette. I've talked a lot of shit about them, but out and out hate them? No. I got into them in 05 sometime...not too long before NIL came out. I lost interest before stacked rubbish was released, as I was too busy exploring other music scenes. Then the singles prior to DIM caught my interest again. I've been following them somewhat loosely ever since.

Sometimes I wonder about folks and their confounded techno beeb bop music. Mostly the fact that I have some friends going to a big festival and they seem more excited about all the drugs they'll be taking instead of the performers and what's playing all weekend. That's the part that I just can't relate with I guess.

I don't mind have a beer or two when I see a band but I don't go to a concert excited about all the beers I'm going to drink. I guess just the focus more on the drugs and not the music that I just don't get with them sometimes.

Also yeah new Watain isn't that good and I'm taller than the vocalist. He was walking around the bar when they were in Seattle and my buddy was like, yo I think you're taller than Watain's singer. I'm like, who that greasy little guy over there is the vocalist!?!? Then I laughed. I thought those dang Swedes were supposed to be the tallest people in the world?!?! Is Uglymouth really short IRL then??? :U

I see. And yeah, he's small. Anyway, can't stand the three last albums. All of them lacks what made the band so great to begin with, which is a shame because they were one of the most promising black metal bands in the begining on the 00's. "Rabid Death's Curse" is still a classic and "Casus Luciferi" is very good, though. Hope they go back to playing non polished black metal in the vein of De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas/Kronet til konge/The Somberlain one day, like...
