the teaser doesn't really give anything away, but at least i'm not already annoyed, let's count that on the plus side. but i promised myself not to have hopes for gazette anymore, only to have them shattered again. it's gonna need more that this to get me to believe this next release isn't gonna suck as bad as all of the other post-DIM material they released

its... very good [2] like this a lot. block b is one of the very few kpop groups that is able to convincingly deliver their hiphop, most of the others seem forced and awkwardly wannabe-badass whilst they have a certain -annoying loudmouthed punk- attitude to them that fits great. going to snatch that mini and see if i like the rest aswell (apart from that first release "be a light". that sucked...)

played a bit of wow recently again since a friend of mine did so and i got 10 free days for reactivating my old account. played up to lvl 52 or so. was fun to do so but i guess i'm not much of a statistics-gamer (also i suck at actual "gaming" itself ) so it was more of having a reason to hang out with friends, which is cool, but i don't want to pay for that...

sorry to barge in here in english, but i figured this might be the right place to ask. for a competition a few collegues and i are doing a new film-musik and sounddesign for this pretty old animation-short we have to also record new dialogue and we figured that german or english would be weird as this films location is apparently neither english nor german, so i just wanted to confirm if the language on those street-signs (from 3:28min onwards) etc. is indeed russian (i know the original dialogue is french for some reason, but that's not of importance for our project), before we record all the dialogue and the find out tis is actually some totally different language

civilisation 5 it's really frustrating... each time you "just start a little civ5-session" ... swoooosh, 15 hours gone O_O (oh sunrise, that you already? maybe i could start a multiplayer-match with my buddy now aswell... 50 hours straight awake because of that darn game ) also witcher 2, pretty cool so far

Sony: about 13minutes of "Song" would be cool Gazelock: 13mins of "Song", gotcha. call again by tomorrow same time... --------------- well, sheesh, i guess i even preferred the gazestep over this trainwreck of mediocrity, that was at least trying something (failing, but still...) i wouldn't say they were always this boring, but suddenly after DIM they must've thought they'll just stick to that concept and not caring anymore. ever since they made sort of the same three songs over and over again. Everybody loved headacheman on DIM (and rightfully so) but every following release was plastered with headachemans (Vortex, BeforeDecay and tons more where i've forgotten the name) everywhere. those weren't necessarily worse songs, but we already have that, no need for another. then there's the "upbeat heavy fun" song (vermin, hyena, clever monkey, beaver...) and the unavoidably ballad and that's it. actually that wouldn't even be that bad if they at least formed those kind of standard songs around some interesting sounds and ideas, but as already pointed out by others they seem to just make them out of whatever. the riffs and harmonies in Fadeless have written "look mommy! my first guitarriff!" all over their face. (the last little glimpse of something remotely interesting with a bit of effort i noticed by them was probably "ruthless deed" iirc..) people are already annoyed that everybody has nothing better to do than calling the gazette generic/mediocre/boring, but hell that's just what they've become. question only is why do we care so much, haven't they proven enough that there's no hope? when Toxic/Division might've gotten 2-3 Pity-Points for trying this one gets 0/whatever for fuck you that's why

i always verymuch enjoyed this one by MUCC the lack of bandname and albumtitle make it sortof special, and this whole minimalistic pencil on white theme goes through the whole booklet+cd+case

as for opening and chorus instrumental part, it sounds very, very power-metal-ish. something that galneryus would do. i've heard it before too, but i'm not very familiar with galneryus's discography, but i'd start searching there first...
