Yes, because who knows what will become of them and what future bandmates of his will also do the same in the future if his experience is positive.

Why is "the piass" a strange name? I mean it is the bastardized spelling of "pious," but still.

The Noir'duSoleil guy had a last.fm too, as does one of the members of Strawberry Song Orchestra. I don't think either really use it anymore.

If only record lables thought like Des.

Requesting something because you're interested in hearing it is one thing. Demanding you share it because you're entitled to have it is another. Tact makes all the difference.

He's added me as well. I think it's kind of cool that he has a last.fm . I'm curious to see what he thinks of the kinds of bands the western vkei scene listens to, and if he's surprised that we like bands that are probably unknown there now. Anyway, Qualia kind of remind me of DAS:VASSER in terms of visuals, so I'm curious to see how they turn out. The vocalist likes stuff like Laputa and La'Mule, so maybe there will be some influences from them.

I'm kind of in the middle of this argument, although more to the side that Zess and Flash-Fab-Maiku took. I can definitely see some motivational factors into breaking up and then reforming to more or less do the same thing (or at least the same thing to start, then evolving into something else). Or, they possibly have too much baggage with their old band that they can't evolve using their current persona. For example, didn't Arc form when their whole band was like 18, then broke up when they were all 24~26? They broke up and almost immediately formed Futurizm Boyz with the same members. Their music was fairly different as well, but they still had enough similarties that you can tell that it was Arc 2.0. However, they were in the same band for so long, they probably couldn't have done that change of style any other way other than starting over. I'm assuming Sinceria / Fest Venquer were the same sort of deal, but I've listened to / followed either of those bands. Not sure how to justify Secilia Luna. They got a new vocalist and became slightly more metalic, but kept the Raphael worship and removed the katakana from their name. How is this a "new band?" I'm also not sure what the deal with Born was. Didn't they completely change styles, names, and musical influences 3 times? At least the 3rd time they stuck with it and are fairly popular. I think the only reason these are easy to call "new" is because the 3rd rendition of them has last for a few years, where as the other two parts, I think, had a mini album and probably 2 singles collectively. Unless, of course, you're really referring to Grieva who did exactly that, but are pretending they weren't Reload and crawled out of Kyo's kakusei no laybial. (To be fair though, Reload sucked and I would have pretened that never happened either. Did you see the split level roof hair the vocalist had? Gurl.)

Enjoy your time off! Just out curiosity, what do you do for work?

Liquid Tension Experiment is another instrumental prog band, but if you don't like Dream Theater you're not going to like them.

Did they even release that demo tape yet?

Wait. GremlinS were already a thing for one. For two, were these people all picked out of a hat?

I don't really know the order of tiers for where I used to live, but I know that Madison Square Garden is a gigantic venue that's pretty much a sign of "You've made it" if you play there. Nokia Theater at Jones Beach is also fairly large (it's stadium sized, so I'd say seats 10,000+) and really cool because it's on the beach and very open. I believe football and hockey stadiums are also turned into show venues during the off season in the tri-state area as well. The Knitting Factory, which is where I saw Versailles play, is very small and I'd say could only fit about 200~250 max people. A lot of smaller bands also play at bars / clubs: this was more apparent when I lived in Rochester though. I'm assuming this applies to everywhere, but I wouldn't really say "small venue" is a direct correlation to popularity. Sometimes bands to "up close and personal" shows for only 100 people and the tickets are a hell of a lot more expensive or you need to somehow know a connection / win the tickets from the radio to get to see it. I guess all vkei concerts are up close and personal then, since live videos only show like 10 people in the audience

That's a strange name and kind of expensive for 1 song.

(You'd think I'd actually listen DaizyStripper, but their album art is fantastic)

I like this. Kind of wish the cleans weren't so, well, vkei though.

That probably means 1 version has a PV, 1 has a historical commentary DVD, and the third is just the CD itself. "Will" was an okay album, "Cell" wasn't, and "Supernova" is my favorite post-god-tier release by them, so I have no of what to expect in terms of liking this.

I'm not quite sure if everyone is on the same page with what "tacky" means.

This actually used to cause a lot of drama.
