Yeah that's what I think. Its by no means a bad song, its just sounds so uninspired and boring compared to The Tramps. I don't think RedOne was a good match for her, he's done this sound to death for so many other artists. And a couple of simple guitar riffs doesn't make much of a difference.

I like her gritty voice, but I thought she always sung like that. When I re-listened to her older stuff, she actually uses a totally different voice most of the time. And it sounds better. The grit is good in doses, but not for a whole entire song.

"Who's next" is miles better than this song, so still have hope in the album.

omgwtf, they were THE BEST when they were heavy. Raw, emotional songs. Now they make over-produced crap.

Give me songs like Judea, water and sacrifice baby anyday. I wait for the day they become br00tal again ^^

Might be her best video yet, I really enjoyed it. But I agree that she doesn't look healthy. The shots in her bikini were not appealing whatsoever. She looks sick.

But the skull makeup and pink hair costume was awesome. First time in a while she's actually looked half decent.

Still don't like the song. Video like this with an epic song would have been great.

and the "prosthetics" argument is stupid. Magazine covers are airbrushed all the time, yet people think they need to look like that, even if its not realistic. Lady gaga is doing the exact same thing. She's not a really good role model, but I don't think she wants to be one either.

"In the End" is my favourite, then By Myself.

Comparison to Nine Inch Nails raised my eyebrows.. until i read the song is about hair.

Has it really come to these novelty songs? Seems like all she could write about was fame..

She did flirt with industrial beats in The Fame Monster though.. I was kinda hoping she would experiment a bit more with that, since they are a whole lot more interesting to hear than your typical electropop drum-machine beat.

Listened to 'Hybrid Theory' today for the first time in a long time.

What a great album <3 I forget how good some of their songs are. And still 10 years later, they haven't aged at all.

I just wish they'd bloody hurry up and drop a debut single!
