I switched from Win 7 to Win 8 a while ago and it's... not terrible? I was going to do a fresh reinstall anyways, so I thought I'd try out 8. The whole tablet-interface-not-on-a-table thing is a bit rough to get used to, but after a while it'll all become second nature. As to whether or not it's better, that's hard to say. There are certainly some things that I miss from Win 7 and um... not too many things from Win 8 that I thought were missing from my life before XD

I approve of this release.(Only if you buy panda-ban, that is)

I hope they're going to be better now that the worse of the two vocalists is gone :v

"Old-school/90's VK wasn't really much better" With so many people parading around old-school superiority, I'd say I'm in the minority with this opinion. As someone who has been in VK for ~10 years and collects tons of old-school stuff, I can certainly say without a bit of doubt that there were a TON of really shitty bands back then. Anyone who would say otherwise is looking through some pretty rose-tinted glasses. That being said, I certainly do miss some of sub-scenes in VK that no longer exist(soft visual/white-kei/proto-oshare) and don't exactly like all of the "sounds" that bands tend to get grouped into nowadays, but I definitely can't say that one era was better or worse than the other as they all have their ups and downs.

Thought I'd post this since I found it a bit funny. Apparently 真乃助(Shinosuke), the vocalist of older bands like いろは(Iroha), AibeLL and GizeL, is now a therapist and runs his own therapy/massage salon ?_?
