Well I guess the rumor was totally false that it was coming out today. I thought maybe they'd announce at the K-Pop super concert that happened last night, but no such luck. Heard another rumor recently that they (2NE1, Taeyang, so forth) will all be releasing after November 15th. So, I'm not even going to get my hopes up until then.

What I'm surprised about is that YG hasn't even said anything yet. It was like October 3rd when they did the press conference saying the comeback would be in November.

Most of the new stuff they've been doing hasn't been hitting my ears right. Not as though I think it's horrible, I just can't seem to differentiate between most of it. I would love to hear another amazing ballad like Kono Sekai ni Mihana Saretemo or a powerful rock song like Atria or Saikou no Sekai.

Basically, I'd just like them to do another Mugenkyo. I'd even take another Gokusaishiki. But dear God no more Kakera or Genjitsu.

I am quite in love with the Nocturne cover art and the new look for this single. I'm really very curious what this single is going to sound like, I think I'm going to like this one best.

I'm still confused as to why this album is being released again though. Is it because the tracks are rerecorded or something? The album art is basically the same as the first press... Is there a track listing for the third press yet?

Wow. They spelled Triskaidekaphobia right. Impressive.

Tracklist looks pretty good. I hated Ashu personally, but maybe it'll be rerecorded.

This band really never stops, which is awesome. Logic would tell you after this there'll be an album probably around May or so again. Not that I'm complaining. Mejibray has yet to disappoint me.

Really disappointed to see Edge of Desire left out from the track listing. Even more disappointed to see a fucking song called Holy [CRAP BGM] on there. Like what the hell is that? The preview for Succubus wasn't really all that, but we'll see how the whole thing ends up turning out.

That really sounded phenomenal. There were parts of that that were just overwhelmingly amazing, so I'm sure the whole thing will be absolutely fantastic, but I sort-of wish they broke it down into a few songs instead of one long song.... But I digress. The concept is good and the music sounds great and that makes me happy.

Really awesome news, their last single was absolutely fucking amazing and I know their next one will be too. I even like Justice a lot more now after a few more listens-through.

Personally, I never understood how people can be so volatile that they can change their tastes so drastically in such a short time. One moment vk is the greatest thing in the world and 2 years later everything they loved is suddenly crap? It doesn't make sense to me, unless that person is 15 or 16, because your tastes changes drastically during puberty, lol.

Maybe the problem with vk is that people treat it as a musical genre (which is it not), so they think "If I like vk band A, I also must like vk band B". So they listen to both Versailles and SuG, because it's both vk, but they listen to it for the wrong reasons. And at some point they realize that they don't really like SuG. And they never would have, if they weren't vk. But they still like Versailles, and they also would have if they weren't vk.

I have been listening to vk for over 10 years. During some time it was probably 80% of what I listened to, nowadays maybe 20%. But I am totally at peace with my musical history since the age of 15/16. There are bands I hardly listen to anymore, but when I go back and listen to a song I loved 5 years ago, or 10 ago, I can still say: Yes, I understand why it appealled to me back then, and it still appeals to me now.

I think music is a journey. So yes, you should alway move on and find new terretories, but a journey becomes pointless if you totally dismiss and block out the paths you travelled before. Instead of jumping from one phase into another, from vk to kpop to whatever, bring your favourites with you when moving along. There was a reason why you liked them before, so don't think you have to hate them now because you want to move on. Trust your tastes!

I agree wholeheartedly and barely have any input here, but nonetheless: I also have listened to VK for 10 years and have learned those same things. Mana was the one who got me into the scene because I just thought he was so cool, but the feeling of love for this form of VK did not generalize to ALL VK bands. It helped get my foot in the door to appreciate other actual genres associated with VK seeing as my musical tastes are so varied to begin with that if a band is GOOD (which is, of course, subjective) the fact that they're VK is a MAJOR plus because that style... I just still find super cool.

Love the track list though, here's hoping this is the release that really impresses me.

A) That sounded phenomenal. Very high expectations for this release. Also, please by the fact that there's going to be 11 songs. Any word on how many of them are new? I hope it isn't just Twilight, but not a lot of the previewed songs sound familiar (as I haven't followed him very closely since Upper Region).

I heard a rumor that their new album is called New Evolution and is coming out on November 11? Can anyone confirm or deny this?

Those previews really do sound amazing. This is the kind of songs I love from them. This EP is going to slay.
