This time I have an interview with ex-RE:VEIN bassist 彪(Aya) 
 
 
Born in Otaru, Hokkaido.
In the spring of 2018, Aya launched her own solo project and started to work as a singer-songwriter as well as a bassist.
The concept is “true self“. Because I wanted to make myself known as a person through my own music.
Aya’s music does not glorify suffering, nor does it force anyone to sympathize, but rather it expresses feelings of her own.

Décadadance sounds like a mashup of the most common kote kei clichés. It does also remind me heavily of a specific song, but I can't point my finger on which. 
 
Generally this single seems to have received a kind of Grieva-treatment, sounding more like covers of existing songs than really their own compositions. Not saying it's bad, but I think I liked Jaki's songwriting more, which gave La'veil that unique sound that sadiesmarry also had. They always were heavily on the matina worship, but now it's more obvious. Let's see where their upcoming releases go.

Hi , Well it's not my first intro to a forum but...I'm kindda new around here (i was a lurker for sometime hahaha.) my history is pretty far simple, I was away from VK scene (specially of the Eroguro) for some years because I moved into metal and metalcore as an 'vocalist' in a band i was into before if we can call it that way haha I was working doing reviews for some bands of different metal genre too, so I'm here coming back to the ship many years after, haha, due to the Quarantine and some professional things, I decided to immerse again into the VK and stuff like that so.. that's it, just trying to join again & recover all the missing time since i leaved this awesome world.
 
bands that I use to hear was: XJAPAN, Plastic Tree, deadman, VAMPS, Crossfaith, Dir En Grey, BUCK-TICK, HYDE, Versailles, The GazettE, NIGHTMARE, Nocturnal Bloodlust, Yousei Teikoku..and many others, i used to sing a lot all of them every single day before leaving the VK...
Recently I'm hearing bands like Sacrifice, DEVILOOF, ViViD, CLOWN or DIMLIM and they call my attention, so I'm open to any suggestion or band recommendation you cans say to me.

I don't really like modern visual kei bands that much even the so called "good" bands like kizu or DIMLIM so I've already sort of turned over a bit. I noticed that my listening habits were getting stale and that my last.fm scrobbles were getting lower and lower every year so something had to change. Then I found 80s jpop and my interest in Japanese music has risen quite substantially again I think. I hope we see another western boom again in the scene soon but who knows if I will even enjoy the music if and when that occurs. 

Same feelings, anyway there's a lot of Karen's out-there, sometimes at work i heard people speaking about 'boomer things' and i don't even understand wth they're speaking about, maybe i'm becoming old...just thinking about it...

Yeah, i really feeled Art of Life when it come out, that made me take a liking to long songs, i remember singing to it over and over again.
ME&YE is the song i dedicated to my gf in our 7th (this year) anniversary when i asked her to marry me :3.

Off the top of my head:
Whats-his-face from OROCHI would always be wearing one in their band photos, don't think I've ever seen him without one

While not always covering one of his eyes, Hora is famous for having these interesting fashion pieces that stretch the definition of an "eye-patch"

And having one member wearing an eyepatch is the standard for Iryou Kei bands
