I listened to the album multiple times, and while the main singles are enjoyable on their own, the rest of the album drags them down to the deepest depths of hell. God, is it such a boring slog to get through, especially the 2nd half. This is easily their worst record to date.

Losing Seiya and Hiroto really didn't leave good results. All the verses sound the exact same in each of the new songs, stale riffs and "tired" drumming. Sure it's fast and heavy, but without a hint of creativity, plus the only difference between each breakdown is the BPM. The new guys had a wonderful chance to show off and do something new and fresh, but no, let's recycle the old shit, but with musicians who can't keep up and lack the same compositional prowess.

Vocal-wise, Keisuke is objectively a beast (important to note that I mean harsh vocals only), but this time, he rarely uses anything but his highs and as time goes on, again, boredom hits. And oh boy, who the fuck greenlit Ruten, which sane person would listen to that shit and put it on the album, as the closing song, to boot. I understand trying something new and interesting (a bit too interesting for the wrong reasons), and sure, I respect it, but damn, is it just awful. I kinda enjoyed his shots at "clean" singing on ESCAPE and prior, but from now on, he should just stop, effective immediately. (and that supposed duet on Dusky-vision, seeing him sing ain't the same as hearing him, and hear him I cannot, it's just Ray.) Ray, who's probably the only saving grace of the album, well, at least in terms of his vocal parts.

It's obvious they put some bank into this, the PVs, the production, and even the cover, but if they release another LP like this one, it's the end of the line. I sincerely hope their EU tour goes well for them, I'll be attending for sure, since I still consider them among my favorites, but because of that, the album is all the more disappointing.

Kaika, Kodokushi and Aishitekudasai are the highlights, but it's sad when your old material still holds up, compared to the supposed fresh stuff.

i think DEVILOOF is NOT a band for most of the VK-Fans,due to the fact that their roots still in the slam/deathcore,and also because of Keisuke's "weirdness".As a deathcore screamer he is one of my favorite in the scene. He's highly competent, has an insane range and many memorable vocal patterns, simply outstanding. however, his slurred and weird clean singing combined with the usual "visual-kei" diversity and Ray's vocals will probably make some people confused or even turn their back on it,and also deathcore is not a very "malleable" sub-genre of metal, so not everyone is capable to digest it if it's not traditional/straightfoward deathcore like the western bands do.

The album " Oni " sounds pretty much like a continuation of Devil's proof in terms of production and musical quality, with some new ideas here and there (dusky-vision and Ruten for example).honestly,i expected more, but i'm satisfied with the result, they still a young band after all...

unfortunately in this forum it became funny to some people to just hate on this band on every fucking release without any decent argument,
are these guys edgy teenagers or what?

about 6 or 7 years ago i went to my friend's church and his mother got "possessed" along with some few people.
he bursted into tears and i almost pissed my pants.since the happening i didn't have any contact with religiosity, but my relatives still into it.
don't know which "god" is real or which "devil" is real, but one thing is sure...these things exist.everyone just needs to have a real experience to get their minds "unlocked".

sometimes i feel an enormous hatred for religious people and anything related to religion.
sometimes i envy those whom can believe in a god wholeheartedly and are able to find comfort in it,
because life doesn't make sense at all and everything is fated to end,and they look like they have something else to look upon.

i feel like i'm trapped when it comes to such things.
the arguments of atheists are very basic and sometimes childish, due to the fact that 98% of them didn't have any experience with the "unnatural",and on other hand religiosity looks claustrophobic, scary and antiquated.

@Gesu  I'm 23 now and I lost my at 19, I've been there, believe me.
Can't say from a girl perspective, but as a guy, that was a nightmare.Passed my whole adolescence lying to people and myself just to "fit" in the groups, bcuz all of them had a girl or apparently had more experience than me.I hated going to school,I felt like shit every single day, and even if I tried to go for masturbation that just made feel worse, bcuz it's a trick for the brain and the shock of reality afterwards is just miserable. When I finally managed to do that,it felt so fuckin weird bcuz I was already so "disconnected" from reality after years tricking my brain and wondering how everything would be like, that I couldn't even enjoy, was just an awkward experience. Then I started to hang out with some people, under some kind of "chaser effect", looking for more and fell into promiscuity.
Went through some really bad things that I can't say (the reason why I got so paranoid with the abortion stuff other day) and nowadays I have my desires but most part of the time I don't even wanna be touched. If I could go back in time i would've done things differently.

I know how it feels to be like you were left behind, but there's nothing wrong with you. Society is pushing it 24/7 and it's not easy to deal with our natural instincts. But I think you should occupy your brain with something that makes you forget about it while you look for ways to meet someone nice who deserves a girl like you.

Old thread, but I just... fuck.
Okay, don't misunderstand me. I don't just fuck. What I meant was, I just need to post here because... fuck.
I am about ready to beat the living shite out of an inanimate object because I am a virgin and I've never been kissed or anything and it just... pisses me off, y'know? I know, I know, I'm a young'un and everyone else here is probably looking at me like I'm a stupid naïve baby right now, but I have an extremely high libido and when you're surrounded by people who have done it, can access it so easily that they may as well be living off it and are constantly reminding me that it's something "everyone does" and that I shouldn't go all quiet when people start talking about it, it's really fucking frustrating. It's not something "everyone does" because not everyone is that lucky. Also, I hate it when people tell me "it'll happen when it happens" because it doesn't just... happen. It doesn't just fall into your lap (no pun intended). You have to find a suitably attractive person, get to know them well enough to trust them, negotiate, etc, and it's just... argh. Especially considering barely anyone here is even my type and when they are, they're never interested in me back. My mother telling me I had to have sex at some point in my life didn't help much either. She told me that any potential suitors would consider me worthless if I didn't... and that, ladies and gents, is (probably) the story of my conception 🙃 but I digress.
Look, I don't mean to dump all over everything everyone else has said here because I wholeheartedly agree with the general consensus that you shouldn't judge or shame people for being virgins - I know that better than most - but I just really needed to get this out because it's making me want to hit something! I don't even know why I care about it so much. We could go on and on about Freud or evolution or biology or yada-yada, but considering I don't want children, I've already removed that instinctual aspect and once you do that, the biological aspect is kind of nullified. Like I said, I just don't know why I care so much about this other than I have a high libido, and even then, that doesn't explain why I want a person so badly as I'm not really interested in a romantic relationship at the moment. I used to be, but that was bloody ages ago. It's really odd because I don't want to do it out of pressure. As I mentioned earlier, people telling me "everyone does it" isn't helpful, but that's not the reason I want to do it. I don't want to do it to score popularity points and I would only really tell someone I had sex if it was anonymously or if I absolutely had to. I just... want to.
On a lighter note, a girl who lost her virginity really early once told me to not feel pressured and she was really sweet to me when this complete bastard picked on me for being a virgin, so that was nice.
Anyways, I'm going to try to get some sleep. I have college in just under six hours. I napped earlier so I should be okay. Hopefully.

If you say that to a Christian,he would probably laugh at it.they believe that they can use "faith" as a key to get access to their god, based on the thought that he cares very much about humans. So once you saying that he doesn't care if people believe in him or not, you're making all their efforts to convert people and the concept of religion itself devoid of meaning.

Thus,I wouldn't have a guy crucified on my living room wall and people saying that I'll go to hell.

My mother was raised religious, but she's not anymore. I guess religion was something her family held dear when she was a kid because her dad was a German Jew and when he was young, needless to say Germany weren't too big on Judaism, hence why he came to England. Anyways, my parents never raised me with any religion and I never have been religious. Don't get me wrong, I find the idea of religion intriguing and I love mythology, but I guess when it comes to what I really believe in, I've just always been more science-minded. That, and it's like politics; I could spend forever researching religions and finding which teachings I liked/didn't like, but in the end, I'd never find one I completely agreed with. The closest one would be Buddhism, but as @secret_no_03 stated, that's not really a religion. I've never believed in some divine purpose we all have collectively or individually, and I think it's up to us to determine our fate. I used to believe in fate to an extent, but I think I stopped when I realised just how much of my life I could control by myself.

As for the idea of an afterlife... I'd like to think one or more existed because I've always been terrified of death and everything just ending forever, but I can't say. No-one can. I hope there is one, but I don't think I strictly believe there is.

i wouldn't say a thing on this topic cuz in my humble opinion, religion is not something to "discuss",unless you're talking to someone with a good knowledge on the subject in order to answer your questions and give you some "direction" or whatever you're looking for.but this is basically my story.however,it's been 1 or 2 years that i've been struggling to keep 100% atheist.internet is an amazing tool and i'm kinda adicted to information,so accidentally i ended up watching some stuff recomended by youtube and it explained about the "signs" of the apocalypse going on around the world, stuff that i didn't even imagine that was happening.if i assume that all of that explanation and facts are bullshit i'd be just an ignorant person.you gotta give credits to what makes sense and try to be open minded.

currently i've been thinking with myself: it's so easy to be an atheist,i mean...just like a russian philosopher called Dostoiévski said "if god does not exist everything is permitted". What could be more liberating than that?no god,no judgement,no reckoning day,no heaven,no hell...If you die, you'll be gone, end of history, that's it. that would be just perfect.

But the thought that there's some kind of "spiritual warfare" 24/7 going on and you'll be judged based on all the choices that you made by an almighty entity who created everything you see is scary.it bothers people,it bothers a lot.Futhermore, that black book isn't an idiot book at all, there's a lot of interesting things in it.if you forget all the religious sphere and try to read that as a regular book you'll find yourself intrigued with some things. All of that based on christianity, can't say much about islam,to me that's just a harsh version of cristianity that looks like a death cult. budhism, hinduism, etc,i only heard some stuff here and there.

I prefer to say complementary. There are things one gender is good at or can do that the other can't, and we need each other to survive.
I think we've reached the tipping point and we're on our way back to the middle, but this can take years. I don't think we'll see actionable change until people of all walks of life can complain and be heard without banshees screeching in the night about how "it's their turn".

I suggest you to read again everything I said, because I feel like you misunderstood many points.

As I said, feminism genuinely begun fighting for the rights of women and equality before the law. That's the essence of feminism, and I totally support that.

However, the contemporary feminism is not a liberation from sexism and fighting for the women's rights anymore, it became the " demonization " of males, and it's perfectly right to compared it with communism in terms of toxicity and with Nazism, because that's what Hitler did before becoming the Führer. He demonized the Jews, blaming them for all the problems that Germany had at the time. That's the direction feminism took, they are raising women by lowering men....And I didn't even mentioned all the "arguments" pro abortion, which is a monstrosity.

Furthermore,I said that we are men and women, pointing the fact that that's the ONLY difference between us humans in terms of biology. Before homo or straight, black or White, you are human,so as a human you must be treated, before your ideologies or whatever. Some groups want special treatment just because they belong to these groups.
