  1. I wonder if the ex members of Zi:Kill are looking at the current visualkei scene like "You young whipper snappers. Back when I was in a good band, we didn't disband at the drop of a hat, we'd just fire our drummers, continue to fight until we begin to almost hate eachother, then remember we have an audience in the UK to care about! Oh, and then we'd disband"

Bands back then disbanded just like they do now. We just didn't know about it.

Yeah, but it does seem like they disband at the drop of a hat now.

IDK if it's because musical differences are now more common, or unlike Zi:Kill, they recognise their toxicity and quit faster xD (Seriously, a lot of the instances that almost caused Zi:Kill to break up are actually recorded in a novel about Japanese youth in the 90's)

Pretty sure they did it just as quickly back then as well XD They're just bands that we've never heard of. I'm not sure if it's still online, but the live schedule for the venue CLUB GIO going all the way back to 1992/3 was still online recently and there were sooooooo many VK bands I'd never heard of that you'd see pop up on the schedule for a couple months and then never reappear (likely due to disbanding after being active for 3-4 months).
