I like the 90s kei aesthetic, and I'm glad they're keeping it alive. However I do agree, I'm not too crazy about them either, mainly the vocalist. Crucifixion is so much better, but their shit is hard to get by.

but i can totally rely on your last sentence. i got a whole room only dedicated to my Vk stuff and 2 shelves functioning solely as display cabinets for me TOP ULTRA RARE FAV CDs. etc.^^

If you just want to hit 1000 you can go to PureSound and buy random 10yen sale items like shazna or L'arc singles!
You should focus on building a collection of stuff you can be proud to own, curating the collection is a good step to take too when you feel you've reached a large amount, at least I find a lot of joy in sorting the items and displaying the items I like the most from shelves and such.
