    LIRAIZO Dr.鈴音 (Suzune) will pause activities after the band's oneman live at Higashi Koenji 20000V on May 5 due to pain in his left hand that renders him unable to perform. The band will continue activities with a support drummer.

    i watched pink flamingos the other day and wow, was it a trip :))))

     

    but I shouldn't be surprised, it's Divine and John Waters after all. the movie wasn't the best in the world (the acting and the dialogue was kinda cringe tbh), but I was actually taken off guard by how gross it actually was. It's not Serbian Film levels of gross, but lemme just say, it was the early 70s and porn was just taking off...

     

    I'd like to watch more Divine films too; Female Trouble sounds like a good one to watch next, although that one takes place during Christmastime.

    Their later stuff with Zin, then Theory of Evolution, and a few songs from the album are currently on there...wonder what the holdup is.

    Preorders for David's live DVD are now up from April 1 to May 6 on the ticket reservation shop!

     

    Limited edition is the live DVD; preorder bonuses include a limited edition jacket, a ticket to Sui's second oneman in July, a ~luxurious~ 32-pg pamphlet, and a bonus DVD of the encore set - all of these are valued at 15,000 yen (!!!)

    Regular edition is also confirmed as a live CD version (2700 yen) and limited only to David's webshop. It will also feature the live version of the rare track, "Cell -raison d'etre-", which was released as a live-limited CD at the oneman event. A bonus track is also included, but is actually an unreleased studio recording.

    If both editions are bought together, you will receive a photoset (out of 5?)

    *There was also mention of the DVD itself having a regular edition but I believe the live CD took its place? Not sure on this one...

    WTF they sound GOOD????? Biggest surprise for me this year so far; definitely brings meaning to the whole "don't judge a book by its cover" phrase xD The vocalist's voice is pretty strong :D I look forward to hearing more from this band.

    KISAKI PROJECT will restart activities with new vocalist ENDIGO (ex-Still Echo --> Overworld --> BaTAAr) as of April 1! Their first single, "And the rest is rust and stardust... " will be released sometime in September, and their first live will be around the same month.
